Didn't get housekeeping services on the third day. Wi-fi signal was to weak for service (I was in 227) shower head was filthy. The hotel laundry was under the room two places over from me and they ran it late at night. I called down and the turned it off. Their washers running made the pipes rattle on my area. Towels were nice and clean. Bed was clean but not comfortable. Front desk Chloe was very nice. Raymond acted inconvienced because he had to find a temp control knob for my fridge that did not have one.

The hotel delivered at lot more than I expected for the price I paid and the location. Great staff, breakfast, and room condition.

This is a very nice hotel I would come back here again for the price

In our first day, in the early morning around 5am. The power was out. I don't know if this hotel has a back up generator. But no power in the entire hotel. There seem to be a power outage in the area because the next gas station has no power, too. Then there is no water in the shower!!! The staff can't provide answers when it will be fixed..maybe later in the am they said. When we came back from the tour, there was already power but still no water in the shower. This hotel has no power from 0500-12 noon. The sink has a water but cold. We didn't take a shower the next day. Due to the fact I booked thru Orbitz, the staff can't help me with the situation because it is third party booking..like transferring us to other hotel or giving us refund. My vacation was ruined with this hotel. I'll never book to any Clarion hotel anymore. Find some other hotel. It's not worth it!

Comfortable room with microwave and refrigerator. Centrally located to the airport, gas station and store. Love the morning breakfast buffet!

Friendly and helpful staff. Very enjoyable experience.

Don't rely on their "wake-up" calls! Lucky for my internal alarm or I would have missed my flight.

Free shuttle pickup arrive 4 minutes after call. Hotel lobby had very nice decor. Front desk service friendly and helpful directing me to nearby cafe store only steps from entrance because I arrived after midnight. The room itself was clean, cozy with an outdated bathroom. Free breakfast had eggs, hash browns, meats, as well as continental offerings of danish, etc. Overall good overnight experience.

On the morning of Nov.15, 2016, I arrived B4 9:30 for hot breakfast & was told it ended 9 a m.At check in I was told when I asked about the full breakfast time, it was until 10 a m by the TWO persons at the desk that night. I voiced a complaint to the female @ front desk, & the man there walked back with me showing the sign with the time stated & said, "It is what it is, the one who checked you in is new; but the waffles are still available."He walked away to the kitchen stating he would review what was said on the tape that's recorded at check in & never came back. I don't eat waffles so I ate cold pastry. My request for a concession be made since my deluxe room included full breakfast was denied. For my full day ahead,I would require a more satisfying breakfast. At check out the person said,"you're all set" & she walked away. This may be my last visit to this hotel, since some of your staff don't seem to recognize the importance of customer satisfaction and appreciation.

Stayed here many times. Recently refurbished and quite clean and comfortable. Great value for the price.

Great location.the morning front desk employees were very friendly and polite.

Close, clean, great service, timely shuttle service, in-house restaurant.

Every time i go to Detroit, I stay at this hotel. The hotel staff is alway pleasant and courteous.

Very convenient to the airport. Convenient shuttles.

We stayed 3 nights and experience was great. Use of computer to find car rentals, staff asking if we needed anything, breakfast staff asking if everything was OK, and taking out plates for us.

The hotel looks a little worn out on the outside - but the inside is very nice and pretty. The room was comfortable and clean - overall a great deal for the price.

Good place to stay, clean rooms, nice area, affordable

Liked being able to leave our car at the hotel and take the shuttle to the Detroit Airport (return shuttle as well).

The place was a construction mess, and filled with partying college students in town for a tournament. I left very clear instructions that my husband was joining me very late, that I would be sleeping, and that he would pick up his own key. They called me anyway--after 1:00am, in the room phone at maximum volume, which left me awake most of the rest of the night, especially with the noise from other rooms and the hallway. The person who checked me in was trying to do multiple things at once, oblivious to the fact that she was giving no one her complete attention. Still, she assured me she would take care of noting my husband's late arrival so I wouldn't be woken up.
