Checked in very late at night. The lady at the desk was not friendly or knowledgeable. The lobby and elevator stunk of marijuana (probably from a guest.) The carpeting in the halls are badly stained throughout and give a terrible appearance to the property. The breakfast waitress was extremely kind.

Booked a room for the weekend for my nieces wedding. My entire family booked over 15 rooms and suites. Almost every family member had a complaint. They charge you 10 dollars for parking. Breakfast is 20 per person. Rooms are very dirty. My toilet literally had black streaks in it. Hair in the sink. A huge fight broke out in the lobby and police were called. Pool and hot tub felt like and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in forever. And on top of that my niece had her cash stolen out of her room. Terrible ghetto place. Bad rep for a Sheraton

I had the best stay here and would highly recommend the hotel to everyone. The beds were the comfiest in the world and even with a first floor room, it was incredibly quiet. I also appreciated the noon checkout after a long week of travel. It’s easy to get to right by the airport and you don’t hear any traffic or plane noise. Looking forward to staying here on my next trip!

Such a comfortable stay after a long travel day. The room was excellent beds were amazing bathroom well stocked and clean the staff at reception and airport shuttle were fantastic so kind and courteous. Would definitely stay with them again in Detroit 😊
