Before I go further, know that I'm an ex employee in the travel industry, so with respect, to all of you, what's 2-stars to me may be a just fine and dandy 4-stars for you. I'm a bit more critical of airlines and hotels. 1) Loved the double pane windows. It suppresses that airline noise from the planes flying overhead so well. 2) Why are the power outlets for the night stands down low and hard to reach from bed? They should know better. Think a little bit. Whenever they decide to renovate rooms, they need to have them up high in line with the height of the bed itself. Think Starwood. THINK!! 3) Lighting in the room is great!....if you like nothing but super bright lights. There aren't any dimmer light sources for let's say when you're up at 3AM because the guy in the room next door is playing episodes of some garbage television show loud enough on his laptop. If you want to turn on the lights, it's all or nothing. Full bright, or no light at all in the middle of the night. No dimmer lights, no night lights by the night stand. All daylight, and no warm tone options. Starwood is owned by Marriott now. 4) ^Yes, the windows heavily dampen noise from the airplanes overhead, but so much noise is audible between rooms. You can hear every cough. 5) They never notified me of a package sent to me.

Overall, this was a nice hotel and better than most. The room was pretty clean,there were questionable stains on the walls and doors. I was able to remove them myself with my wipes, so more attention to these things by the hotel would have made me feel more comfortable. My husband and I appreciated the swift response from the front desk when we alerted them that some kids were going around knocking on people's doors and running away. The hotel handled the situation immediately and our stay was pretty quiet. The biggest disappointment came at checkout, however, when, after bypassing daily maid service to earn points toward a future stay, we were told we had to inform the hotel right from the beginning and sign up to participate. We had informed the front desk on the morning of day two, but were told that all we needed to do was simply say that we had not had maid service and for how many days. I asked if Housekeeping could verify that we, indeed, would not have received maid service and the Front Desk Clerk said we would be believed and that she, herself, used the honor system; we accepted her word. Unfortunately, that first Front Desk Clerk was uniformed as to how the program worked and we missed out on having our room freshened daily. The Front Desk Clerk had an opportunity to make things right by just granting us the points, but didn't appear to care. We think Sheraton is a great hotel chain, but this location could improve in customer service.

Good location. No pet fee. However, when traveling with a cat, ensure they can accommodate. Gym is good for cardio, however not much for strength training. Wonderful, yet pricey lounge. Good sound insulation.

just a quick stay after flying in late, but it was just what i needed. restaurant / bar on property. comfy beds. nice rooms, nice staff.

This is a nice hotel as you might expect. If the price is right this is probably the best hotel in the area.

Excellent location... Great accommodations(room, food, gym, parking) and price... Recommend it highly.

I had to pick someone up at the airport and I booked the hotel for the night, took the shuttle to and from the airport and didn't have to mess with any of the airport traffic. It worked out great!

STAFF WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY, ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN.

Just an overnight stay to catch a early morning flight. Everything was perfect and the shuttle service was excellent.

Location to airport was great, staff were friendly and helpful, hotel by far the cleanest, beds were comfortable, highly recommend and would stay there on my next trip!!!

The room was not what I expected. No fridge - sheets were dirty - put card on bed to have sheets changed and they did not change them. Carpet needed to be replaced. I noticed alot of airline personnel staying at the hotel but I don't think I would stay there again.

Hotel was good, not great. Very close to the airport. Front desk staff was kind of rude and very slow. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Bar was fun.

very friendly stuff, the hotel has an amazing potential if some TLC was applied. The overall impression is that the hotel remained in its glory from 7 years ago and with a little attention, it would be a stunning experience...It was very clean and the poor was open. For the price, it was a good experience!
