They were very happy to provide coffe maker upon request. We enjoyed our club floor upgrade.

We had previously stayed here and there was parking on site and free shuttle to the airport. The site states there is a free shuttle to the airport and a fee for the parking - the Parking is at QWIK park next door for $40 - this is a good deal but it was not clear or transparent in the marketing - when asked about the free shuttle ( That you do not need because QWIK Park has its own shuttle) the staff said it was for Pilots and flight attendants - if that is the case airlines tell the flight crew where they should stay so they should not market free airport shuttle to the general public it is misleading. The beds were very comfortable though.

I liked the overall look of the property, they should update the carpet in the rooms though. It would give it a ore modern feel. The rooms were great and very comfortable.

The bath tub drain overflowed when the person in the next room took a shower. had to wait for the next rrom to finish showering and the bath tub to drain until I could take a shower. Got in and found out that there are not shampoos in the bathroom. Came out and tried to call room service and the buttons on the room telephone would not connect properly. Had to call the front desk on my cell phone and ask for shampoos. Very bad experience.;...

The check in process was very slow. The rooms and property needs renovation.

I love the Sheridan staff is excellent. Britney at lobby desk is amazing. Restaurant and bar staff are all friendly. Rooms are nice modern and beds are very comfortable. Overall great hotel. Would recommend to anyone flying in and out of Detroit or anyone just staying in the Detroit area. Only 25 min from downtown. Great amenities and overall experience

A big plus to have restaurant inside hotel. Beds very comfortable.

The Sheraton @ the Detroit Metropolitan Airport was excellent, beautiful room overlooking the atrium, and the room was well appointed. Will definitely come back.
