The convenience to the airport. The air conditioning system was loud; room 225.

The room reserved was a king suite,w/tub, checked into a standard room. Was given the correct room type, w/shower, shower leaked into the bedroom carpet, room not clean, peeling paint and caulk in shower. Was given another suite, directly below leaking room.... The heating unit made the sleeping difficult at best.

Room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the proximity to the airport and the noise from the planes.

Amazing staff. Polite. Especially the check in lady Katie. Terrific lady . Please give her any raise please please and please.

The ease of getting to the airport. The hotel staff were wonderful and so friendly. Our check in didnt happen until 2am, but Trish was so nice even at 2 am. Will be staying here from now on.

Me and my wife arrived on thanksgiving day 2014 around 5pm. When we checked in it was like 6 hotel staff standing around the desk ( which was little uncomfortable when giving my credit card and having the clerk announce our room number loud for everyone to hear). We went to our room and it was okay ( even though we did not know it was an adjoining door to the other room) so we went to visit family and came back to out room around 10pm. Now mind you we were traveling most of thanksgiving and visiting so we were tired and we went to sleep around midnight. We were woke up by housekeeping at 815am( I have never known housekeeping to come this early in any hotel we have stayed in) we told her that we just got in the day before and nothing was dirty and she gave us extra towels. Day 2 we were woke put the do not disturb sign on the door the night before but we heard housekeeping knocking on other doors at 830am again so we just got up and got dressed and left by 11am. When we came back our room had not been cleaned (we returned at 10pm) we had to go to the front desk to get towels and let the clerk know our room had not been cleaned and she said "Oh no" and handed us the towels and that was it. Day 3 we heard housekeeping again at 830am so we tried to go back to sleep but they were going room to room knocking saying housekeeping..Who is up this early on vacation. SO we could not fall back to sleep so we sat up and around 12 we were getting dressed and by this day we had piles of overflowing trash and piles of towels and we were running out of toilet paper and Kleenex and the hand soap was gone. So a knock came to the door and the housekeeping staff said what time are you checking out and we said we are not checking out for another day and he said ok, can we clean the room and we said yes give us 45 minutes to finish getting dressed and he said that fine we will clean the room when you leave. So we left in like 35 min and we came back at 8pm (7hrs later) and our room still was not cleaned. We went to the front desk and told them everything we needed and stated we have not had our room cleaned since we been there and the clerk just stood there. The maintenance man went to get us towels, and some other guy was given money by the clerk to go get us toilet tissue, and Kleenex and the clerk never said sorry and she did not say anything. The guy she paid to get the Kleenex was like you all should have said something earlier, and this made us angry, and we said we came down yesterday and told you our room had not been cleaned and we needed towels and we just told you the same thing today. He was like what about the soap and I said we have our own soap and we went out and bought knew hand soap. The clerk never said anything. The next day we were awaken by housekeeping again at 9am and we said give us a minute and we got dressed and left, came back at 7pm and the room still was not cleaned..Piles of towels and trash was still there. WE NEVER HAD OUR ROOM CLEANED and WE WERE NEVER HAD THE CHANCE TO SLEEP IN. The day of check out we checked out early because we had and early flight and the clerk said oh our systems are down because its to early and we was like well we are checking out and he said ok and just took the key cards and my wife said how do you know to check us out just by the key card and then he was like oh what is your room number and then he pulled the card they keep the info on (he should have done this in the beginning) ..When we returned home that same day we called and the clerk said we were checked out. This hotel is horrible in customer service and cleanliness and they are not considerate of guest time because who is getting up between 815-830am for housekeeping during a vacation. The staff never offered to have someone clean our room at all. We will never stay here again and will tell all of our friends, co workers and family to not stay here.

Just spent one night, everything with the hotel was fine...

There was a lot of road construction in front of the hotel and we had a hard time trying to find the entrance but the hotel itself was a great place to stay in a good location for what we needed.

Clean and spacious hotel with a great staff. You should expect to pay for it above average, though.

Great and functional hotel option if you need to be close to the airport. Not many activities or food options around but again a very sure value if the main purpose is to have a very clean, very functional, and very comfortable room while travelling, including free WiFi and spacious in-room working area.

Nice but very ordinary. No Wow factor. Rm 201 Hotel, there was poor water pressure in the shower. The handle was tough to set the water temp in the shower. The steam vent system did not work for the bathroom. The right window curtain had torn pieces that where noticeable for general appearance of the room. I had a fax sent from home to the desk and it took a while to retrieve as it seems the fax machine must have been out of paper. The staff was very courteous and did a great job overall. RJ Condrick

-No coffee in the lobby set up at &:15am just when you would expect it. Resturant staff said it "was not their job....tell the front desk staff". - Signed up for the airport shuttle and spent 5 minutes in the very slow elevators, to arrive 90 seconds late, to be informed that the shuttle left because a guest from the Hampton Inn next door had complianed about stopping at the Hilton Garden Inn.

Staff work extra hard to give you a good experience.
