Room was dirty. Cafe was dirty .Asked for wake up. Never received wake up call

Online when booking it said to contact them about setting up the airport shuttle. When getting there they told me at the front desk that I could not park there or use the shuttle, because I booked through a "third party site" even though they stated to contact them about it. Their advice was to park at the " Park and Ride" near the hotel and pay to park there. I was honestly more annoyed than anything that they said to contact them and then did nothing about it. I guess it was more of their loss to lose money for not allowing my car to just sit in the parking lot.

This is the first review I've ever written, but after our stay.... Stains on the sheets; crumbs/food in the bed; shower handle fell off; NO TV remote- had to go find one after 45 minutes of asking; broken bedside outlet- one of ONLY two in the room; horrible, weak coffee; eggs inedible; A/C 'clicked' on and off (no 'on' setting for fan) very, very loudly, which is right next to bed. Stayed in a lot of places- ranks up there with the worst.

This hotel is "okay", nothing too special. The inside looks like an outdoor hotel- trees, pool, pool tables, I saw a door say "tanning booth", lounge chairs, water fountain display, restaurant area- it was neat to see an outdoor looking place in Detroit. Good: big tv, comfortable bed/pillows. Could be better: staff attitudes and willingness to help, carpet in common areas and room. Bad: the room doors were a little too big for the openings so we always had to slam the door to get it shut and use a hip to open; we heard many doors open and close at all hours- if you're a light sleeper... The included breakfast had nothing hot on it, only breads, cereals, coffee, yogurt, fruit - none really looked fresh. You had to pay for eggs, etc. This hotel is a solid 3.

The room was ok for one night however, I was quite displeased when I got inside. The Microwave was unclean. The bathroom sink appeared to be clogged. The Sofa looked and smelled a bit funny. The entrance was very nasty considering it was white...A very long brown oily stained dripped from top to bottom on it. If it was for more than one night a dn for the fact that I bboked through Orbitz, I would have cancelled my reservation.

I got stuck here on Christmas Eve when I missed my connecting flight. I picked it because of the price, location, and free shuttle and breakfast. It looked like it used to be a very nice hotel, but is now dated. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant and bar were very basic and didn’t have much to offer. Shuttle was too small to accommodate every one who needed it so they had to make a second run. I would stay here again as all my basic needs were met.

Hotel was adaquate, but some issues. Breakfast that was supposed to be served till 10 was out of food at 9:15. Other than continental. Tub didn’t drain properly. Thur Mostar was stuck on 72. To hot for me.

Site says free parking and free airport shuttle. On arrival we were told no there is a parking package you must buy, not mentioned on the Orbitz site. Since we booked with Orbitz they could not sell us a parking package and we had to take the car to Park and Fly. Not vacation breaker but I felt we were mislead and the hotel did not care.

Nice, clean room. Very convenient to airport. Orbitz wants me to add more words. What more can I add? I will not review again for Orbitz.

Due to road construction impossible to find using maps, GPS. Hotel management was so new did not have adequate staff. Restaurant did not have several items listed on menu - again - no wait staff available at busy time of day. Existing staff so new as to be unhelpful because of length of time on job. Shuttle to airport was not dependable - again road construction. Until staff is hired and trained and road construction around airport is under control I cannot recommend this hotel,

It was a decent looking room however I never seen the on site restaurant open during my entire 3 day stay

old run down, not clean, nothing works from the tv to the air conditioning.

The room was not clean and even when we asked to have it re-cleaned when we went out. We came back and the dirt was still there when we returned.

I will never stay there again. Hallway floors were trashed, hair in the tub, toilet backed up and ran constantly. The sink had sewage or something black bubbling up, there was mold in the fridge, and didn't get clean towels until 2 AM!!! The breakfast wasn't good either.

TV didn't work and men came on two separate occasions(days), promising that it would be replaced, but never happened.

I enjoyed my say..would stay there again.. thank you

Stayed here one night after flying in. Standard 2-3 star experience. Dated building, need for fresh paint here and there, skimpy towels bit clean and safe.

I apologize about the misunderstanding regarding parking and our shuttle service.Unfortunately, with the reservation you made, parking was not included. Our shuttle is complimentary to all guests for transportation to and from the airport. I will make sure to remind our staff that all guests should be informed of this. We apologize that we were unable to accommodate. After researching this issue, it was found that Expedia had a problem with their system and were overbooking our property when in fact we were sold out

This is the first review I've ever written, but after our stay....
