It's really a rarity these days when you find somebody working a check-in of a hotel to go the extra mile for you. That happened for me yesterday and I want to tell you about it. When I checked into the Radisson hotel Detroit airport, it was early in the afternoon. My reservation wasn't quite there from orbits. However, the check-in person as well as the on duty manager took care of it to allow me to check in at a pretty early time and allow me to get on with my day

I liked that it was in a convenient walkable safe area.many of options to eat close by. That staff were nice. Shawn and sarah were nice they took extra care of myself and daughter. The beds were comfortable the rugs could use a little updating.free shuttle was a plus.

Its an older property... needs to be updated. That being said.. it suits the need due to location to airport. The entire surrounding areas are the old hotels which have been rebranded or lowered due to age. The room served its purpose. Front desk checks you in and hands you room key.. no talking or questions given..

This property was not clean the tv in my room was not working what so ever no control the A/C was not working as well two lamps did not work or turn on the room was humid the whole stay I was there and there was no breakfast after saying there was free breakfast in the morning and the room had a stench of marijuana and food without us being in it yet the was the worst stay ever

The property was old and dirty. It was fine for a couple hours sleep (needed to catch a super early flight) so it did the job. The bedroom curtains were falling apart, the hallway floors and walls were gross, paint falling apart.
