The room was clean but smelled very strongly of cigarettes. There are only 2 carts for luggage and other guests kept them in their rooms overnight so I had to make multiple trips back and forth to get my luggage out. The restaurant on site is really good.

Security door not closing and locking. Shower door handle broken. Sink stopper broken. Housekeeping only if you ask the night before which would be fine if that were communicated at check in; it was not. Only one elevator in service my entire four days there which led to long waits. Restaurant was 45 minutes late opening one morning. Nowhere near the property condition and service one would expect for the price paid.
