I was in room 103. The room was nice but the tub was nasty. It was cracking on the side. Afraid to use. Kandi Lynn Feigel

I booked someone here and they were dragged out of theri room by bounty hunters looking for someone. detained for hrs until they found the person. hotel refused to refund.

I had a brief stay at this budget hotel. The hotel condition is OK and is undergoing some refurbishment. Despite showing its age, the room was clean and comfortable. It is fine for what it is - keep expectations reasonable. Free airport shuttle service was fine. There is no continental breakfast, but free coffee is in the lobby. There are a number of restaurants within walking distance. In room wifi was very slow. The hotel has one glaring problem that needs to be addressed quickly. There are side and rear entrances that are not secured by locks allowing only guest access via room key cards. The interior hallway (quite long) can be accessed by non-guests.

Dirty (hairs everywhere) Location ok Loud Unfriendly staff

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks, although the owner apologized for the rudeness of the second shift , i still would not recommend

this is my second time staying at this hotel. the first time i stayed things were not so great-- there was hair in the bed, and the room seemed dirty and cold. this time though things were very good. everything was very clean and the room was warm. for the price, it was what i was looking for.

Just stayed over for an early morning flight. Room was at the upper end of what I expected. Very clean and the room was in good condition. Didn't have time to much more than sleep.

Nothing great here but not too bad. Hotel and room seemed older and somewhat rundown, but the only thing that wasn't working correctly was the heat (didn't cycle off, so I woke up with a very hot room in the middle of the night). No breakfast, just coffee & tea available 24/7. Airport shuttle was convenient, and runs every 30 minutes. A little hard to find, just remember it's beside Big Boy.

Check in was easy. Room was okay, dimly lit and mostly clean. Bed was comfortable. Only bad part was that the bed was clearly not cleaned properly there was hair from multiple people in the sheets I found this to be really gross and unsanitary. I proceeded to clean off the entire bed before getting in and asking for new sheets.

they front desk clerk let me check in early as i arrived early morning from greyhound and had to get some sleep and do resume thew hot water excellent bed comfortable if on a tight budget this is a good hotel to be at

It was cheap and close to the airport so i booked it. When I called in to ask some question the receptionist was so rude and yelling at me. When I finally got to the room, the heat didn't work. It was 2 degree outside and I was so cold. I turned the heat to maximum and it took a whole night to warm up. Never come back here again!!!

The heat came on every couple minutes. The fridge was really noisy. People being loud. Doors closing. Not good for daytime sleeping. Garbage on floor behind headboard. Comfortable bed. Enough space in room. Nice furnishings. Staff was nice and helpful.

There was a very dirty and dried up wash cloth in the bathrown floor. The shower and toilet were dirty. The floors in the room needed to be vacuumed. The wifi didn't connect to any of our 3 devices. If you need a cheep room for the night this might work for you.

Comfortable environment. The sheets seemed a bit dirty.

We stayed for three nights at the Magnuson Hotel and had no complaints. The rooms were clean, yet somewhat outdated. The prices were affordable and the location was ideal. Within 5 minutes I could be returning a rental, on my way to Detroit or Ann Arbor. Overall I was pleased with the location of this Hotel and that compensated for the somewhat outdated room furnishings

This hotel was fine for a quick overnight after missing a late night connection. The shuttle service was quick and the room was comfortable. The hallways were in need of updates and smelled of smoke although there were no smoking signs everywhere.
