The staff was very helpful and I was really thankful for the airport shuttle that came after a loooong night of flight delays. However, the elevators were not working so had to haul my stuff up the stairs. Breakfast is adequate. Bed was firm and not uncomfortable but the room had a smell when I walked in. Didn't like the carpets. Otherwise clean. Ok for a quick stay.

Staff was courteous, but room was okay, at best. Floor hadn’t been swept well, sink didn’t drain, had to hold toilet handle for an exorbitant amount of time for it to flush, and bed pillows were small squares (we actually purchased our own pillows for use the second night of our stay).
