The staff was very helpful and I was really thankful for the airport shuttle that came after a loooong night of flight delays. However, the elevators were not working so had to haul my stuff up the stairs. Breakfast is adequate. Bed was firm and not uncomfortable but the room had a smell when I walked in. Didn't like the carpets. Otherwise clean. Ok for a quick stay.

Staff was wonderful but when you have heavy luggage and given a room on the second floor and no elevators working and only one hanger in the room and was told there are no more hangers at all. I'll leave it there.

The room was clean but it was in need of alot of repair. The bathroom has alot of damage on the ceiling which appeared to be from water damage. The paint was all cracked and the walls were not in the best of conditions either. The staff was very courteous and helpful in general. The elevator was out of order and i was given a room on the 1st floor to accomodate myself better as well.
