Rooms were clean and comfy. Reception was very helpful and kind checking us in. We stayed one night and parked our car at a offsite parking lot for 7 days. Shuttle to and from the offsite parking was very easy and quick. Very organized system they have put in place. Will stay here again on our next trip out of Detroit.

Needs TLC - carpet missing in hallway, tilw in bathroom was cracked, when flushing the toilet the water hose was really noisy. Elevator out of order. Ouside door never locked even though door has key-card reader - didn't feel safe Breakfast was blah. No eggs, mini hashbrowns were dry and tasted old.

They put us on the second floor, and the elevator was not working. We had to look up our heavy luggage up the flight of stairs. We had to use the pullout which had no bedding called to the front desk and they said they would bring it right up. Half hour went by and the front desk called us to state that we would have to come downstairs and get the bedding.

The lady at the front desk was amazing and helped us so much. The room was nice, parking was easy. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. We used their airport parking program and flew out early in the morning. Its really close to the airport which made for a fast exit and shuttle. We would stay here again to fly from DTW
