We were on our honeymoon. When we arrived the front desk agent had a nice set up for us, which was super nice. We stayed for two days and never saw housekeeping. They never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. We asked the front desk person if she could send someone, she apologized and told us that she would. Again they never came. We came back down, she said they were gone for the night. She said she'd send us up some towels and again, no one ever showed up. My husband had to go back downstairs and bring up towels himself. Also, kids were in the pool area after 9pm. We had a good first night, but afterward it was terrible. We will not return.

The hotel has a restaurant/bar with a good selection of food. I was there several times and never disappointed. The restaurant is open until 11 pm.

Check in was delayed due to Orbitz entering last name with a predesignation of "zz" followed by last name.

Everyone we dealt with were nice and helpful. It was hard to locate and there are several other Marriot affiliated hotels therefore it was confusing.

Needed a quick over night stay close to the airport. Shuttle was easy and friendly. Hotel very relaxing. Room service excellent . Nice workout room, good space, Life fitness machines that where starting to rust. Most likely due to the pool. Still worked very well Was in contact with the staff a couple of times very friendly and accommodating

This is a convenient place to stay near the airport. However, I waited for the shuttle from the airport for almost an hour. Turns out, they come in a van that is unmarked. It didn't say that on their web site so I'm not sure how one is supposed to know.

Staff would walk by and not check on anyone, they only seemed interested in talking to each other. Expected way better service for what we were paying in hotel and at restaurant. This hotel needs a lot of training.

$149 is more than I usually like to spend for a night on the road. Aside from the clueless dolt who checked me in, the hotel was clean, comfortable and very close to the airport.

When cleaned the following day, bed was made airfreshener sprayed all over. No toilet paper left, clean tissue that was on counter was placed back in the empty box and not replace, also light bulbs missing, not burned out, missing. Place looks very nice when you walk in but seems like no one checks up on rooms, but plenty of excuses. I never tried the bar/ restaurant, it was freezing when we got in and you're basically sitting in the lobby with the door constantly opening.

Good. I reccomend to order room service; the "restaurant" is a very loud place

Nice place- Marriott's are predictable but that can be a good thing. Very close to airport. Room service is soooooooooo expensive- so stay away from that.

Although this wasn't a pleasure trip for me, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay there very welcoming and comforting. I needed a hotel close to the airport and hospital, as I was visiting a dying friend. When the staff asked what brought me to Detroit their out pouring concern for me was overwhelming. They went above and beyond their jobs to make my stay as comfortable as possible in a very difficult time. The hot tub was wonderful at the end of these very stressful sad days. Thank you all for your concern, caring and warmth. Will definitely stay at Marriott hotels in the future!

Booked last minute and the staff was very accommodating to my need. Free shuttle to and from the airport was great!! Will be back if in Detroit again .

This is a great place to stay for the price. All staff was friendly and courteous. Clean and quiet.

Kinda pricey and did not quite live up to expectations. Had to argue with more than one desk clerk to get them to honor my paid-for park-n-fly perk.

excellent. clean and comfortable. booked room for sister who was stranded in Detroit due to being bumped from her flight. she was planning to sleep at the airport.

For an airport location, rooms were quiet with minimal airplane noise. Internet worked very quick. this form needs to be updated. This is the year 2013. Stay in 2013 are not an option.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. Good basic lodging.

very good hotel about 15 minutes from the airport

Room was small and staff was ridiculously terrible. Sat at restaurant to have dinner and had to flag down waiter every time we needed anything. Staff would walk by and not check on anyone, they only seemed interested in talking to each other. Expected way better service for what we were paying in hotel and at restaurant. This hotel needs a lot of training.

Found a bed bug! That's why the one star. I had to call to have my room cleaned. When asked why it wasnt cleaned the day before I was given excuses and blamed me for using a "do not disturb" over night. Even though cleaning lady was outside my room when I took it down. When cleaned the following day, bed was made airfreshener sprayed all over. No toilet paper left, clean tissue that was on counter was placed back in the empty box and not replace, also light bulbs missing, not burned out, missing.
