Great shuttle service & nice staff but very old and run down but beds were comfy.

i had a concern with a taxi driver that the hotel staff provided to get me to the airport. within an hour, the hotel solved the problem. That is classy service

There was nothing specials about this hotel, but it was a pleasant enough place to stay.

The shuttle service is great-- although they have apparently tried to cut costs by going to vans. Even though the driver was super friendly, professional, and all around great, the vehicle itself left just a bit to be desired and this is kind of cutting into the reason why they can charge a premium price in the first place.

Took my son and cousins for an indoor pool day/night for fun and the hotel, rooms, and pool room is very clean and comforting. The staff were very nice and accommodating - she even asked me a preference of room level, which was close to the pool. I would definitely refer to friends/family.

Stayed close to airport for an early morning flight the next morning. Got a terrible sleep. Pillows were just awful. Totally flat, very uncomfortable sleep. Should have just stayed home and driven ourselves early in the morning. Made for a very long and exhausting travel day.

We were on our honeymoon. When we arrived the front desk agent had a nice set up for us, which was super nice. We stayed for two days and never saw housekeeping. They never cleaned our room or brought us fresh towels. We asked the front desk person if she could send someone, she apologized and told us that she would. Again they never came. We came back down, she said they were gone for the night. She said she'd send us up some towels and again, no one ever showed up. My husband had to go back downstairs and bring up towels himself. Also, kids were in the pool area after 9pm. We had a good first night, but afterward it was terrible. We will not return.
