All was good except the room was cleaned with an agent that left a sweet perfume like smell. The personnel were friendly, the room was quiet and clean.

Check in personnel unfriendly, did not offer any information for the hotel stay. Only one set of towels in the room, which can sleep 4 people. one serving of coffee. Did not inform me the process of having to come to the reception area for towels, coffee or other items. No apologies for the inconvenience. Did not have breakfast included in the price of the room. The restaurant on the property was closed without posted times of operation. Gym had equipment that were not working. Towels and trash needed to be placed on the floor outside of the room. Would like to acknowledge another employee: JESSE. Excellent customer service skills. Was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. She went out of her way and she made the rest of our stay pleasant. She was working at the desk the last 2 days of our stay.

We stayed here for the close proximity DTW airport and the shuttle for an early flight. We booked our departure time the night before…upon check in for the shuttle at 3:45am we are told there are 25 people scheduled for the shuttle in a 15 passenger van and 10 people will have to wait for the next shuttle (30 minutes later)! This should not happen when you’re dealing with flight times. The girl at the front desk was very rude and telling people they weren’t going to be able to get on the shuttle. The driver arrived 15 minutes late and told us this happens daily. We piled 20 people in a 15 passenger van! It made for a stressful beginning of vacation.

Room was VERY dated and old! TV picture was very fuzzy! Definitely would not stay here again!

The driver who was supposed to provide a free shuttle service asked $20 for a tip, which was to our greatest disappointment. No free breakfast was provided, which was inconsistent with the introduction on the Orbitz website.

Super nice staff

Rickety loud shaky elevator, Older building, updated though it was a pretty good stay I did not get my Orbitz books and spent 1200 dollars on three different rooms for all of us to stay in I’m gonna be calling to see what that was about

Minor things but vending machines are broken

The shuttle service they use is terrible. It is a service that also goes to valet parking so they don’t always go to the hotel. Waited over an hour. The hotel hallways and stairs smelled like weed.

The room was clean, no problems, no complaints. Didn't like the surrounding area, but the airport noise didn't bother me, and the location gave me an easy drive to my meeting in downtown Detroit the next morning.

Front desk staff member was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms somewhat outdated. Location to airport is unbeatable.

They promised a free breakfast and I had to eake up early for the breakfast just to figure out that they were short in stuff and there was no one that day to set up the breakfast. This is unacceptable. If they don't serve any breakfast, they have to inform people on their web site as well as on the web site of Orbitz.

The stay and room was fair. The public areas are a bit dirty. Also, there is no free breakfast due to COVID restrictions.
