Dec 12, 2018

All the crew and ticket checkers at the gates treated my step daughter like a princess. She's a little person and it was her first experience flying.

Nov 30, 2018

Delta flights leave on time and arrive on time, I like that A LOT!!

Sep 10, 2018

The woman at the gate who scanned our tickets was super polite and patient, especially to the passengers who didn’t listen to her very clear intercom message that she will call us up individually when she has our seat assignments. She stayed upbeat the whole time!
