Planes were older and I was on a basic fare-so not expecting much. Staff makes all the difference. Customer facing staff makes or breaks any business and this particular trip they were all great from gate agents to flight attendants.

Great flight.

No wiggle room! Seats too close together! No leg room! I understand more seats mean more money in order to keep a company operating but really? Not all of us can afford 1st class. And on that note, why have 1st class board first and be bumped into by us carrying our carry-ons down a too narrow space and have them watch us like we should be in the luggage compartment with their luggage. We wouldn't be humiliated and they wouldn't be inconvenienced by us. I am sure they wouldn't mind boarding last if you told them they were saving the best for last. Thank you!
