Outside the temperature was 20 F and the ac didn’t work! The room was like a freezer. I traveled with my baby girl and had to cover her with 2 blankets and my sweater and even like that her hands were freezing cold in the morning! They called an electrician and after that the Ac started heating the air for 5 mins and then shut off. When I asked for help again I was told the electrician has left and they could offer me extra blankets…I had to sleep in sweater and pants in order to feel warm. It’s outrageous the room wasn’t heated in winter time.

Excellent hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great amenities, appreciated the complementary snacks and sodas. Rooftop bar has excellent food and the cheese restaurant next door was also fantastic. Prices were extremely reasonable given the location and the food prices were also very fair. Will visit again.
