Outstanding value and facilities

I’ve stayed in many places on DC over the last three decades, but this is in my top three for quality, and first for value. It’s less than half an hours walk from Potomac Yard (which has the best supermarket, don’t use the closer one) and I can’t fault it. Trying really hard to find something wrong, the shower pressure could be better!

Wonderful place to stay. Modern kitchen with fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Eash to check in. Paying for parkibg was simple. Easy walk to restaurants. Great location. Will definitely stay there again.

Great property, lots of amenities. Our Wi-Fi didn’t work the first few hours and they fixed it right away. The surrounding area is a little rough if you are not used to a city and traveling alone, but otherwise, I think it would be fine for a stay for anyone used to city living.

Great apartment

Easy access with the check in codes. Great amenities - gym, bbqs etc. our studio felt more like a one bedroom apartment the way it was laid out, it was spacious and the bedroom was separated from the rest of the suite. Well stocked kitchen with equipment, we stayed for 5 days and would definitely stay again and for longer. Easy transport links into DC.

The apartment was dirty upon arrival. There was dog hair and crumbs on the floor, hair and boogers in shower, ac barely worked and the apartment and building smelled so bad! Also, the TV was in an odd place where you had to watch in an awkward position. There is no game room as listed and the theater didn’t work. Parking was 25.00 a night, not 11.00 as listed. I could have stayed somewhere way nicer for the same price, period.

Very Nice

It was a little difficult to get into the building, but the room was clean and provided with every amenity you could want, including a full kitchen and a washer/dryer! It is close to a grocery store, a Target, and the Metro, and is in a nice neighborhood.

Only one elevator for the entire high rise building for my stay. Bamboo bedding isn’t as comfortable as cotton.

Great apartment unit--clean, well-stocked unit. The building was quiet, parking was simple, affordable and well-lit. Great location with lots of local restaurant options. Communications were clear and easy to understand. Since we're in the area pretty frequently, I look forward to booking this location in the future!
