The master bedroom has an on-suite bath, walk in closet and gorgeous Gulf views. The guest bedroom also has a bath. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee, Gulf breezes and spectacular sunsets on the wrap around balcony overlooking the pool and the wide, sugar sand beach. The balcony has tile with a gemstone coating and screens. A larger retirement complex, Shore Mariner provides a beach front pool and spa, recreation building, private shuffle board and gym. 10 minutes south of Clearwater.
