I had a restful stay at this hotel. The rates are incredibly reasonable, especially compared to other hotels in the area that are astronomically expensive, for whatever reason. The property itself feels quaint and was very clean, but what truly sets it apart is the professionalism and honesty of the staff. A special shout-out to the gentleman at the front desk who assisted me. After a long day of business, I realized I had left my phone behind. As soon as I pulled up to the hotel, he recognized me and immediately returned it—mentioning that he was already trying to figure out how to get it back to me, and would have mailed it if I hadn’t returned. Exceptional service like that is hard to find. Highly recommended!

It was very loud with the train and other guests. No elevators for handicapp people. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. There were fresh towels. It was not close to the attractions. It was ok for the price, it has no amenities and the staff was rude.

I saw many positive reviews, but I honestly don't know if they're real. I rented two rooms for a family of eight, and to sum it up, both rooms smelled bad, the bedding and towels were dirty, the floor was dirty, and nothing in the kitchen was organized or clean. In short, the hotel's good location is pointless because it's impossible to feel comfortable in this place. vi muchos reviews positivos , la verdad no se si son reales.rente 2 habitaciones para una familia de 8 personas y para resumir ambas habitaciones tenias mal olor , la ropa de cama y las toallas sucias , el piso sucio,en la cocina nada estaba ordenada ni limpo.En resumen de nada sirve la buena ubicacion del hotel por que es imposible sentirse comodo en este lugar
