Attractive , contemporary look . Service fines . Foodz good . next much to complain about except that the main floor was being renovated while I stayed there , o a little cumbersome . Ineredtingly , all the wallpaper was being swapped out although I could see nothing wrong with the original wallpapers .
It was close to St. Marys and very convenient. The shuttle service was great!
Staying at this hotel made our trip to Mayo very easy. Hotel is directly across the street from St. Mary's so I could just wheel my mom there easily and not hassle with moving the car and paying for parking at the hospital. It does cost $8 to park at the hotel.
Very nice. Stayed there while visiting family at Mayo. Convienent shuttle to Mayo. Front desk was very helpful ! Free shuttle from airport to hotel . Was 15$ Back to airport which I was not told about until I got into shuttle. Didn't mind. I would stay again. Can walk to St. Mary's.
We stayed at the Rochester Courtyard during a recent college visit. We trust the Courtyard brand and this property lived up to those expectations. Clean, comfortable room, good staff, decent rate. We would stay here again.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 11 days following surgery at St. Mary's Hospital. Our experience with the hotel was generally positive. It is located across the street from St. Mary's and has hourly shuttles to the Mayo Clinic. This made it easy for me to move between these two areas. In addition, there is a shuttle to the local Walmart, which my wife used to pickup supplies. I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be close to St. Mary's. However, there are two negatives: 1) the hotel add too much water softer to the water, which causes you to feel slick an unclean when you get out of the shower. It always interacted with my wife's hair products, causing her normal blond hair to turn black. 2) the restaurant, while having fairly good food, sorely needs more people and a better décor. They serve Starbucks coffee, but most of the time they keep it pre-made in thermos bottles and is only luke warm.
Paying for hotel parking is a bit irritating. Other then that it was a very nice stay.
We were in town for a wedding. Traveling with an infant and in a rush. Staff was helpful and allowed us to check in early to prep for wedding.

We stayed here so that we would not have to drive back and forth for medical appointments. I booked this hotel hoping for something above average. The room was ok - nothing spectacular, the location was good, and overall it worked for what we needed. The hot tub / pool area was shut down just as we were heading there due to a "soap" issue in the hot tub. It was not a pretty sight and the "soap" was dirty and gross.
I was staying at the COurtyard Marriot due to a 2 day volleyball tournament in the area. The room was reasonably priced and the amenities in the hotel were great. The rooms were clean and decorated nicely. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Also, the hotel offers free parking which is a blessing in downtown Rochester. I will be returning to the Courtyard Marriot in Rochester this weekend for another tournament.
Such a nice hotel to be so close the St Mary's Hospital. Staff was so easy to work with when there was uncertainy in the time to stay, due to the hospital care needed.
I stayed one night but I wish I could have stayed several more. The room was very comfortable. The staff answered all my questions and and the other guests were very respectful. I would recommend this hotel
First, the third party reservation description claimed this hotel room had two queens and a double bed. The hotel offers no such combination. Second, when I asked the hotel staff about the situation they totally dismissed me because this was "a third party reservation". I will probably never use this third party site again. The hotel itself was okay but the staff could use some customer service skills.
Very impressive place for a smaller hotel and the lay out of the lobby & room is well thought/planned. Very comfortable bed. Amenities are top notch & great value. Would stay again without question.
