This hotel is across the street from St Mary's Hospital in Rochester. It is about a mile from downtown Rochester where I had meetings but the walk was pleasant each day and the lodging at the Aspen made it worth the walk. Great suite which is equipped with stove, microwave and refrigerator. Homey ...
The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. My room was on the top floor and was extremely hot. We turned the heat off, opened the window and tried to get the air conditioning to stay on continuously but it would not work. By midnight our room had to have been 90 degrees. When I called the front ...
Paula and Ashley on night desk were awesome, went out of their way to accommodate us. Young blonde guy on weekend days was useless, said he was too busy to call us a cab, said no restaurants open in concourse on Sunday, we found 6 open. And I went to the desk three times about no hot water, when ...

I was running late with my daughter's appointments and they were able to bag up the rest of my items and have them at the front desk for me. The layout of the hotel with the large windows onto the hallway was strange, but there ...

The staff (Paige) was exceptional. I asked when we were checking in if we could move to the 1st floor, and "one and done" request. I hate to ask for special requests, but was hoping this was doable. She said absolutely if something was open and it was! Had a great stay. The breakfast is perfect too, and such breakfast staff too!
Easy to get from hotel to the events going on. Lovely rooms. The only negative thing is we need makeup mirrors in the bathrooms.
Super convenient that it's right across the street from Mayo St. Mary's! I was running late with my daughter's appointments and they were able to bag up the rest of my items and have them at the front desk for me. The layout of the hotel with the large windows onto the hallway was strange, but there were good curtains and I found it quiet enough. I would definitely stay here again, especially to go to St.Mary's campus.
All the details lived in one week in this hotel was very Human. We felt to be in a family home. Hope they never change because we are planning to stay again soon.
