Room was great. Restaurant excellent. Our room was on 3rd floor.... on 2nd floor there was a lot of banging noises. I don't believe from other patrons, but from hotel staff?? Also a fair amount of noise from parking garage. I'll know to ask for higher floor next time. Not bad enough to prevent another trip. Would plan to stay there again.

The surrounding area. Staff was rude at times. Never cam e to clean the room. I would have to get my own towel and empty my own garbage.
