The hotel is nice. We were disappointed in some simple things that should be done better for the money. First, 1 k-pod for two people staying two nights is simply inadequate. Second, we didn't once get even a knock on the door from the cleaning staff, and they were absolutely cleaning rooms right next to ours. For a hotel of this caliber, they should at least knock and see if you need anything, like maybe more k-cups. Lastly, the hotel restaurant-Crave-is advertised as being open for breakfast from 7-10. Unfortunately, this is not the case. They open at 11. Again, a hotel of this caliber should make the effort to update the website and signage to reflect reality. Nice hotel, but there are plenty of options in downtown Rochester.

I was there as a patient of the Mayo Clinic. They said they made accommodations for their Mayo clients. They only cleaned my room if I begged them, there was a fridge and no microwave, a view of the parking garage. I got Covid while I was there, I could not go out and get food. On the last day I paid for a late check out and my shuttle was coming at 4. I did my best to get out by 3 but I was so sick. They kept calling my room. They offered no help and charged me THREE times for my room! I am furious!
