Great location, great price

Breakfast was subpar (fruit was bad, biscuits were hard), WiFi was horrible. Rooms were clean and spacious, decor could use an update.

Convenient to Mayo clinic at a reasonable price. A good breakfast buffet.

Fine. Stayed there to visit family at mayo and did wellness assessment there. Worked out just great.

It was nice one night stay for us to visit Mayo Clinic. We got a business suite with a very deep discount. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast was a plus. The location is off the Broadway, the main street and is a few minutes drive to Mayo Clinic. There is a free shuttle to and from Mayo.

Friendly staff and was quiet. Liked the room size and had two tv's. Stayed 3 nights, had free shuttle to mayo clinic.

Was pleasantly surprised by the size of the suite. Separate sitting area with TV was quite nice. It would have been nice to have queen-sized beds instead of the full-size beds it has.We stayed only one night so didn't get a chance to use other amenities. Even though the hotel is not far from the Mayo Clinic, it seems remote due to its isolated location. As other reviewers have said that the breakfast was acceptable and breakfast area is kept clean by the wait staff.

Was a very nice stay with a clean and comfortable room. Convenient for our trip to Spring Creek.

The quietest hotel I've ever stayed at. Maybe because it's a block off Broadway in Rochester, which is the main drag in that part of town. It was hard to find...we finally got there through the Clarion Inn parking lot! Two-room suite, with kitchenette. Only downside is that there is a skylight in the living room area, and if you have someone sleeping on the sofa bed, the light will wake them early in summer. (not an issue in a Minnesota winter) Very comfortable beds. Extra sink in bedroom. The furnishings are a bit old, but I understand they will be replaced. Free breakfast was adequate.

Stayed a night for some appointments at Mayo/Mary Brigh next day. Enjoyed breakfast offerings, basic but nice selection. Shuttle ran every hour. Not super convenient but they share with a handful of nearby hotels so understandable. Nice to have it available nonetheless. Rooms were big. Nice to have the big fridge too. Staff was a bit...cold. No smiles or greetings but...they did their job. Overall a positive stay.

Surprisingly large room, 2 doubles, fold out couch, easy chair, full size refrigerator. Clean and quiet too.

This was a better deal than i thought it would be. For the money it was very nice. I liked the suite like room---plenty of space.

The hotel was clean. The rooms were spacious. The bathroom was ok, the water was hot, however the shower curtain should have been replaced. Overall good overnight stay.

Hotels are not an end destination so I have basic needs... clean & quiet. Since I seem to be sensitive to fumes/fragrances from cleaning products as well as air fragrances and perfumes, I appreciated being able to request that housekeeping not clean during my stay. I also appreciated having the shuttle to the Mayo Clinic so I didn't have to figure out directions there, find parking places, or walk very far.

A great find! Once we got into the room it was a very nice and clean suite. The beds were comfy and the hotel was quiet. I will stay here again.

Everything was excellent. Not high-end, but very generous for the price. The maid service, staff and room cleanliness were "PERFECT! IT DOESN'T GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS!" Others on the bus system didn't say the same, so this one was clean, friendly and well worth the money. Thanx Quality Inn of Rochester MN!! You were the BEST!!!

I was there to visit my father in the clinic....Although a little off the main drag, the hotel was still very close to the clinic and the hospitals. The room was big, and clean....I would stay again

We were in Rochester for the Mayo clinic. The room was overall clean but it looked like it had recently been painted and a white line of construction dust outlined the rooms where it hadn't been cleaned completely. The airport shuttle wasn't available because the staff said it cost the hotel too much and they discontinued it when they built a hotel closer to the airport. We asked about the internet but it was down the 6 days we were there trying to work between appointments. We asked about a drink machine and they have one--but the clerk said it was all out of pop and they hadn't been able to get anyone back to service it. I asked for a stamp to mail a postcard and the staff said they needed to go get more--they were all out and gave us directions to the post office. The room was large and for a room it was fine--just lacked the special touch that you usually expect at a hotel.

The rooms are very spacious.
