The room was clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly.

Difficult to find. Room was clean but well worn. Otherwise satisfactory.

This hotel had friendly helpful staff. I'm a bit paranoid about bed bugs so I checked all the mattresses and they were exceptionally clean. The bedding (comforter), however, was very wrinkly and looked as if it had been wadded up for quite some time. One of our extra blankets for the pullout bed smelled very strongly of BO. However, when I contacted the front desk they quickly and apologetically brought us a new one. The pool was clean and adequate. It was quite small. The hot tub had a very rough bottom, but for the quick dip we took in it it was adequate as well. Breakfast was good, your typical hotel breakfast: waffles, eggs, sausage and an array of cold cereal, yogurt, etc. If you're just passing through or staying in Rochester for a couple days this would be a good choice.

It was fine. We were there for medical reasons. It was a good experience.

Well-kept facility, breakfast had good variety, comfortable beds

Quiet, spacious room. Excellent breakfast included.

Very nice and easy. Breakfast could go till 10. For travelers or on vacation it was an easy location to find and get in and out of.

We checked in after stopping at two comfort inns. I should have looked at my reservation more carefully. The check in procedure went well, the room was nice. We had a suite. The room was quiet, clean and in good repair. The shuttle to Mayo was excellent. The hotel serves soup and cookies in the evening. I tried the soup one day- I would suggest avoiding it.

The Hotel and staff were great, but Orbitz failed again, they didn't confirm my booking with the Hotel so the Hotel didn't know I was booked.

We were disappointed that you do not have real cream and butter for breakfast...not everyone likes chemicals...

We arrived later In the evening, the front desk staff very friendly and had our paperwork/room keys ready. Check in was barely two minutes! Room was fantastic and super clean. We will definitely stay there again!

Hot breakast, shuddle to Mayo Clinic and airport. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable.

i was on a business trip.. this place had everything i need

Very clean, great staff, would stay here again bus rides to mayo makes it easy no parking to worry about

Room was clean, bathroom was clean, staff were nice, breakfast was good

This was a business trip and no problems, excellent service and amenities

Other than being out of town further than optimal, it is clos to shopping and the airport. Rooms were narrow but well appointed. Hide a bed was OK for grandchild. Small but adequate pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast time was a bit of a zoo due to guests not the staff or set up. Lots of kids milling around and limited seating for the holiday week. Coffee is available 24 hours a day and we did see fresh cookies once. (Again, some older children not well attended and they or adults would hijack anything resembling food.) There was a small snack closet with packaged snacks for sell. Pleasant environment, quiet, clean well staffed plus non smoking.

Searched online for a Rochester MN room in connection with a MayoClinic visit. When I arrived I asked if I was receiving the Clinic patient rate and the clerk said that since it was prepaid reservation she didnt know the rate I paid and advised me the clinic patient rate which was $10 less than the online price!! Diasapointed that the online system had that option (like senior rate etc). The hotel common ares were very nice and clean and the room was very nice and spacious but the beds were not as high quality as the rest of the room and hotel common areas--Beds would be a good place to spend money in an all suites hotel--people remember that.

I always have a great experience here- that's why this is the only hotel that I come to when I come into Rochester. They never let me down!
