Nice staff clean rooms

Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Very clean room and facility. I was super impressed.

Construction crews working well into the evening without any prior notification

Great value

Our room had a large saturated wet spot in the carpet from the mini fridge leaking, and the toilet was leaking. We reported it to the front desk staff who informed us the hotel was sold out for the night and they couldnt change our room. We asked for extra towels to put on the wet spot. When we did the whote towels soaked up a yellowish-brownish liquid. Obviously the carpets are never cleaned. The beds were super firm, too firm, and sleep was restless. We stayed here previously with no problems, but not sure we will stay again. With my husband recently having brain surgery and needing to have frequent visits to Mayo, this seemed less than sanitary this trip.

Never been there, we never were supposed to be booked there

Actually quite good and a decent price. Bed just proved too soft for an older back.

comfort suites had comfortable beds, sofa.

We were driving through and selected this hotel based on the positive rating. However, I regretted my choice in hotel as soon as I was "greeted" by the front desk. Terrible customer service. I understand the need for Covid procedures, but my family and I shouldn't be treated like criminals. We gladly followed the mask requirements and obeyed social distancing, so I was confused as to why we were literally interrogated and treated so poorly. The room was dated, uncomfortable, and an overall disappointment. The sofa bed was disgusting and I wouldn't let my kids sleep in it. We all slept in the very uncomfortable king. I would avoid this place like the Covid!

Very clean and layed out Felt safe with all the lights

Loved the layout of the rooms & beds are very comfortable

Great stay! Clean, comfy. Very conscientious of COVID requirements. Gave us tips on area.

The price was right for the space of the suite. My wife and I had our 2 daughters, sons-in-law, and 6 grandchildren in 3 suites... which worked out great.

I enjoyed that the rooms were spacious. They had a microwave and refrigator.

Since we are all dealing with this Covid19 it was a little bit of a pain, but that wasn’t anything that the hotel or staff is to be blamed for!

It was a wonderful stay and comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was fantastic.

The value is in the pricing for the accommodations and the services. The carpet in the halls and rooms seemed new. Room had no odors. The breakfast was above average for complementary meals and was restocked until the end of the serving time. We did not use the pool but saw many families enjoying it. As a bonus, soup, rolls, and cookies we available (no charge) around 5 PM--especially appreciated during a winter weather travel advisory. The only negatives were small: the exercise room equipment needed repair/updating. Also, the location is a little farther from Mayo Clinic than ideal(around 15 min.)

Loved the location and quiet area. Staff was friendly. Was an easy drive to Mayo.
