We had poor internet reception, couldnt even watch tv. We had no room service the entire week we were there. The toilet wobbled each time we sat or stood up, and one of the lamps would flicker off and on. At Charlies we both had the house burger, ordered it medium and it was fully cooked, the pickle was so soggy it sagged and the tomatoes on the salad were so over ripe the were tasteless and mushyn as if they had been in the refrigerator two days too long. The cucumber slices on the salad had soft spots on them. Between the poor service and the the terrible food we would hesitate to stay there again. We actually found better service and food next door at the hotel at Moguls.

Wonderful stay in a brand new unit! Had dinner at the restaurant on site, hiked to the top of the mountain and had lunch at the Summit Cafe at the peak! What a great stay!

The staff were very friendly. We entered the office and were greeted with smiling faces. They answered all of our questions, provided us with clear instructions, a map for navigating the resort, then wished us a happy weekend. Walking into our room, we noticed how clean and well maintained it is. The best part is walking through the kitchen and seeing the porch that overlooks the mountain. The beds fit the four of us who stayed and were a comfortable firm quality. They provided us with ample towels, dishes, cookware, silverware, glasses, dish soap and dish washing tablets for the dishwasher. The facilities that we used were easily accessible and maintained the same standard that we saw with our room. The areas around were free of anything unsightly and appeared to be very well maintained. The views going up the mountain, driving down, and walking around all make the trip worth it alone but, the standards here are top notch and made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

Wonderful place to stay in Lutsen

Our whole family loved our stay at Eagle Ridge in Lutsen. Our condo had a king size bed in a separate bedroom. The bathroom was VERY spacious with 2 sinks. The kitchen had a standard fridge/freezer combo which was so helpful to help keep the costs reasonable on our trip. The kitchen was also stocked with the basics- pots and pans, dish soap, a sponge, some plates and silverware, a toaster, a coffeepot, etc. It was enough for what we needed to prepare. The kitchen had a little island with 3 tall bar stools so we had to improvise a little for our family of 5. The kitchen was connected to the living room which had a small desk and desk chair, a wooden coffee table, and a comfy couch which turned into a queen sized bed as well as a double sized Murphy bed. This was perfect for our three kids (ages 16, 13, and 10), The small deck had 3 metal chairs and a small table to enjoy the view of the trees. We did get to visit the pool and hot tub one night and the outdoor location was so picturesque. The pool was a nice mild temperature and the spacious hot tub was the perfect temperature. We had two small maintenance requests that were dealt with immediately. We rode the gondola which was fun. Unfortunately the day we were there it was off and on rainy so though we bought tickets for the alpine slide, we never had a rain-free window to use them. We got a rain check that is good for a year but we live too far away to come back for the slide. That was the only bummer of our trip.
