Amazing house and location right on the water with incredible lake views and working fireplace. We had such a relaxing time with our family of 5 and it was such a quick drive to the slopes or out to dinner in downtown Grand Marais. The house has everything you need in the kitchen, such nice towels, linen's, blankets and decor. You can tell the attention to detail in all of high end finishes throughout the house. It was extremely clean and worked great for our family.

We loved the cabin! High quality everything (pans/knives/kitchen/bedrooms/bathrooms). Everything is nice, cozy, and convenient. We used the fireplace every time we were home hanging out. It was an awesome escape! If you're staying w/ 8 people, know that the 4th sleeping quarters is a pull-out couch in a loft.

We had a lovely stay. The house was exactly as pictured online. It was amazing being right on the water and falling asleep with the windows open to the sound of the waves. The hosts were incredibly helpful. Everything was beautifully designed and arranged, inside and out. The landscaping was so lovely and appropriate for the area.

Relaxing and comfortable North Shore stay

We spent a wonderful week at Cedarwood Hollow. The house was spotlessly clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The patio, fire pit, and beach were spectacular. Such a relaxing and peaceful location. We already booked our return stay!

Serenity with a view

Comfortable, clean, spacious, with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches everywhere you look. The property really is only steps to the shore—perfect for a peaceful retreat. The large windows make the most of the stunning lake view, and we enjoyed watching the hummingbirds visiting the well-placed feeder. I hope to visit again sometime!

North Shore Serenity

This was our second stay at Cedarwood and it was just as perfect as the first time. The cabin is very clean and comfortable. The kids spent most of their time looking for cool rocks along the lake shore. What a beautiful place to find peace for a few days.

We enjoyed our stay and experience at the property and the nearby hiking trails. The northern lights on Saturday night were fabulous and the cabin is so comfortable with its rustic elegance and sunrise views of Lake Superior. We enjoyed every minute. Dad/Adult Sons' Getaway Fishing Trip

The property was beautiful ... was clean, had all the amenities, was situated right on the shore of Lake Superior - so close that you could hear the soothing sound of the waves coming onshore. The property was close to state parks and towns like Grand Marais and Tofte. Truly a great experience!

Quiet family time

We had a beautiful stay again here! It's the perfect place to unwind, enjoy eachothers company, play games, and being so close to the water, to hear those glorious sounds of the waves! Family Stay

We recently stayed (family of four plus two grandparents) at the house as part of a ski trip and vacation. We had a great time. The furnishings are very nice, the location is beautiful, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the home relatively spacious. My sole quibble would be around the wifi--it was a little spotty for some devices--but it didn't really detract from the stay. I would definitely stay here again.
