Thank you so much for taking the time to offer us a review. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed our staff, we are very proud of the kind, hardworking people we have here at Mountain Inn. When we took over the hotel in January there was an on-demand coffee maker in the lobby and we believed the coffee it produced was not enjoyable. So we went ahead and purchased a "real" coffee maker and paired with a roaster here in Minnesota to offer free, organic, fair trade organic coffee in the lobby instead. As some have now mentioned that they would like to have coffee in the room as well, our thought is perhaps we have a few coffee makers for use in the rooms as well?! It would be something people could request to use. We are hoping that will be a solution, but we will keep working on ways to ensure that ALL of our guests are comfortable and happy.
