Hot tubs were crawling with little kids our entire stay, even after hot tub hours ended. Staff was alerted numerous times, but failed to enforce the hotels own rule regarding children in hot tubs. Disappointing. If parents don't enforce the rules, this fail falls 100 percent on Holiday Inn.

the hotel is very big. You can tell it has been there for a long time. the rooms need to be updated. There were at least 8 lamps in my king size room to light up the space.

The staff was amazing. Both front desk and security. We were able to check in early. Security was very nice when the play area was closing.

Excessive recreational experience but the rooms face this with thin glads. Loud until midnight on weekends.

Room was fine, bar/restaurant was short-staffed and very busy.

Clean room, great location. Wish they had complimentary breakfast.

Good value for the money. located near many restaurants. Interior is a little dated.

Nice hotel and pool/recreation area for the kids. The staff were friendly and the room was clean. Overall, we had a nice time.

Spur of the moment trip to St. Cloud.. Always stay at the holiday inn when in town for anything. Clean comfy rooms. Great staff! Only thing I could say as criticism is the legends bar and grill hasn't been updated in years..would b nice to see a facelift on the place to b more current. And to fix the tv's that don't work and the coolers that sound like they will take off at any moment. But overall wonderful place to just get away or defiantly bring the kids!

Everything was great except beds... It says queen size but I'm thinking they are full size beds. My husband and I were very uncomfortable because Beds were way to small

I have to say that my kids loved this hotel so much to do for them!! Highly recommended!!

This hotel is very clean and has many amenities. Our breakfast buffet has lots of choices.

This overnight stay was intended to build 'Team-Bonding' in our Basketball program! To make a long story, short.... It was a total success ! Players came away from this experience with positive memories that will be re-told in future player gatherings. Thanks so much to the staff at The Holiday Inn for ALL their help in making this travel experience a memory for our players and coaches.

This is a great location but an older hotel. We were busy doing other things so it worked out fine.

Attempted to check in at 4 pm, but room was not ready, staff asked if we could find something to do and they would call us and let us know when the room was ready. Was disappointed to have to wait around to check in. Also when we finally got into the room they had forgotten to provide some towels and hand soap.... room appeared clean and was very comfortable. All in all it was a great stay once we were able to check in.

Have stayed here before and always find it family and pet friendly. Has all the amenities from huge pool and play area for kids to a popular bar (with live music on weekends) to an adequate restaurant. Had a minor problem and the staff at the front desk was really helpful and focused on what we needed. Not a place if you don't want to be around a lot of families and kids but at our age we still enjoy watching families have fun.

Our room was by the road so it was very noisy .IT was also close to where they had the band playing so we had the base thumping on the walls till 13:00.We also would have PREFERRED TO have non-smoking and the room had a very bad odor.

easy check in. There was a great blues band playing in the lounge. It was a nice treat.

The desk staff was very helpful. I had questions about finding a business and a church and they found the directions for me. The room was comfortable and clean.

Lots to offer and great fun for kids. Good central location in St Cloud. Room walls are thin and you can hear noise from next room

Dear Christine, Thank you for your feedback. While it seems much of your stay was enjoyable, we're sorry the children in the hot tub detracted from the experience. We do expect parents to enforce these hours with their children and apologize that our staff was unable to remedy this for you. However, as it appears the rest of your stay was pleasant, we hope you'll consider staying with us again.
