Drove an hour and a half to there and found out that despite the description saying there was onsite parking and valet - neither were available. My child and I had to find parking several blocks away and walk in the dark carrying all of our stuff to the room. There was some kind of dance event so there were a lot of noisy kids. The walls are very thin. I heard lots of noise in the halls, people going in and out of rooms. A few times I woke up thinking someone was trying to get into our room. I woke up to coughing in another room. The heating and air system doesn’t seem to be adjustable. The tub faucet dripped the whole time. The room was quite dated and overall the hotel needs updates. There is no counter space in the bathroom - to the point where the hotel Kleenex lives on the desk because there is no space for it in the bathroom. So getting ready is a challenge. Our room seamed to be above a kitchen or something because most of our stay, the room smelled strongly of bacon and cooking in general. I feel like the value was not there for what I paid. I would NOT have booked this hotel if I would have known there was not parking on site. This feels like false advertising.
