Not very clean, not enough blankets. 1 light not working/burned out I chose to stay there bc it was a little less expensive. Not worth it. The complimentary breakfast was nice.

It was so dirty I did not even stay one night. I walked in to my room. It was dirty. Asked for a second room. It was dirty. Checked out and went to an area Hampton Inn.
Nice breakfast. Soft beds. Good water pressure. Close location to lots of things.

it was very nice for a 2 star hotel but my stay dates were confused.. but that's not their fault... i see Expedia has it screwed up again on this form too. so i was accused of not paying for a night. Had to switch my room key out 6 times because it kept deactivating.
Rooms are pretty shabby and extremely small. I've stayed at Microtel properties before, and never was bothered by the small rooms - maybe this one seemed smaller because of the room's appearance. Everything just looked dingy and in need of replacement (sheets, towels). No mattress cover under the sheets, which I find pretty gross. There was no do not disturb tag for the door, and no hot water in the breakfast area. Staff was not particularly helpful and even though no one else was waiting, the check in process was not particularly quick.
Clean comfortable and most of all affordable
Good location, hotel was under remodeling in lobby area. Met our needs, no complaints, nothing remarkable. basically what I expected.
Was a nice clean, cheap place. The bed was nice. And climate control was nice
The staff is always helpful and friendly. It's easy to get to Mayo Clinic from hotel. Great restaurant next door, the pizza is phenomenal!
Reasonable, inexpensive hotel. Basic, but clean and easy to get to. Shopping close by and out of the snarl of downtown Rochester.

We, like many others were there to go to Mayo. This is a quiet, clean, friendly place. Close to Kwik Trip, Target and many food needs. We will stay here again.
