The weekend was crazy with kids running up and down the hall, the house cleaning was supposed to be ever other day we stayed 6 days and only had service 1 day, we were told because staff was calling in sick. I get it, but saw them cleaning rooms on our floor, so we managed to get towels and TP. It was just annoying we excepted better from Hilton, not to mention all the dirty towels we accumulated in our room. We have made this place “our” place to stay when we come to visit family, we might rethink it this spring
