Very convenient to St. Mary's campus as it is a walk across the street. Road construction in front of the hotel made it a little difficult to find, but that's temporary. I would stay here again.

When I went to check in, they told me they had no record of my stay from Expedia. I showed my Expedia confirmation email but they said they never got the reservation from Expedia. They had to start a new reservation for me in their system.

This is a great place to stay when in the Rochester area. Parking is secure underground. Take the elevator behind a room key activated door. The kitchenette was convenient to have with a full size refrigerator and a smaller stove. Found several local restaurants that had great food and within short 2 block walk. On late afternoon check in Aspen Suite was serving a light supper Monday-Thursday to guests which was a nice perk. We had a 2 Queen Suite which id on the smaller side but still gave us plenty of room. Pool and Hot Tub was clean and used by the family. We will definitely be booking here again!
