Our room was very comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was just right for starting your day. Restaurants nearby were great. Small grocery next door. The wifi didn't work most of the time, not sure why. Very comfortable and clean beds.

Spent time at hotel while dad was having surgery across the street.

We had left some medicine in the room, and Kathy head of house cleaning, sent it to our home at no charge. Not everyone else would have sent it,

Best place to stay in the area! Will definitely be back.

I stayed for an 11 day trip to Rochester, MN for a surgery at the Mayo Clinic. The stay was well worth the trip. Enjoyed the nice staff. Clean and comfortable. Would recommend. Breakfast was good as well. Very nutritious.

When booked this hotel sight unseen. Very please with the choice. Rooms were big, nice, clean and cozy. This hotel had a great Continental breakfast and parking was free. Check in was pleasant and house keeping was great. . Would stay here again if we ever go back to this area.

The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was good too. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool. Room was clean and the beds comfortable. Will stay there again.

We had appointments at at the clinic and hospital. The pool was wonderful, staff were great, breakfast was lovely. It's a bit of a hike to the clinic, so take the free shuttle, but it's right across the street from the hospital. Fantastic restaurants a block away. Only thing that wasn't great was that the beds were pretty hard. Otherwise absolutely perfect.

Woke up and my mouth was literally hard it was so dry

It was snowing in Rochester and the staff worked full time to keep the lobby clean, despite all of us tracking in. It was nice to have a "living area" in the room after long days at the hospital.

The hotel is pretty nice, good size rooms, and good price for what you get. The one thing I didn't like is, there is only one tv right in the middle of the suite. Had to turn the tv to see it from the bed:(

Very comfortable space! Springshills are perfect for me because I get a super comfortable bed and furnishings including a couch! Huge desk, great kitchenette. I love staying here.

Accomidating- helpful- and friendly within walking of great restaurants and accross from St. Marys Hospital

The accomadations were just great. The room was comfortable. the people in charge were friendly and very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone. It was within walking distance of good eating places and a shuttle was available to take us to any of the clinics.

This is a very convenient hotel just accross the street from St. Mary's Hospital. The rooms were very nice with a lot of space. The pool and gym were very small. Only two pieces of equipment in the gym.

The suite was very comfortable. The sink and small refrigerator was wonderful when traveling with a toddler. Delicious breakfast foods and wide variety.

We shopped at Apache Mall, ate dinner at Michael's and ate twice at Canadian Honkers. We also made a trip to Owatonna, MN to see Cabela's-one of our favorite places to see and shop. We thought the location for where we wanted to go was quite good in relationship to our travel. I did have a little concern about the location of the hotel, and I will have to search a little more before I feel totally comfortable staying there again. Of course, I liked the price of the room ($99 a night), but the furniture was quite outdated and not real comfortable. We did feel it was a clean room, and the staff were fairly helpful.
