The building is a little bit tired but what it lacks in that it more than makes up for by its staff.. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and will do a great job on making your stay smoother.. Had spots. at Mayo and the shuttle service has been great...

Can't say enough good things about responsiveness, efficiency and kindness of shuttle drivers. Have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for rides to clinic or hosptals. Hotel front desk staff are also very helpful & accommodating. Cleanliness is average....Carpet in rooms & hallway is not exceptionally clean. Hotel rooms showing some signs of wear here & there. Twigs on-site restaurant wait staff is amazing but food is mediocre compared to one year ago when I first stayed @ Centerstone.

Good location room was damp lots at the continental breakfast shuttle service to clinical is very good

We have stayed two separate occasions during treatment at the Mayo Clinic. It was wonderful to have a kitchen to prepare special meals and a sofa and recliner after procedures. We will come back again on our next visit to Rochester.

Very quick to get there as we like this hotel. Have gone to the Gold Rush days for 5 or 6 years and only stayed 1 other place. Came back to this hotel as it is nice.

Was there for one night. Got the room across the street in building 2. The path to other building and the parking lot hasn't been shoveled properly and was icy. I slipped a few times going back and forth from my car. I couldn't sleep the entire night because of constant humming noise.

I was pleasantly surprised by the large room. It even had a murphy bed. I had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel. Food was okay. However the table felt so sticky!

Suite was very comfortable clean quiet...bed comfortable wifi good. .

This is an older hotel, but the rooms have been updated nicely. It is centerally located which makes it nice for getting anywhere in town. I found the room to be very quiet, just what I needed.

I have been staying here for the last 2 years.I had a Kidney Transplant which means I come back every year for check ups.I had to stay for 30 days in this Motel room, and it was Perfect for everything.Shuttle Service Anywhere! Motel room was like a appartment.Golf Course, running or walking Track 2 blocks away.Church 3 blocks away. You can walk to Restaurants or eat at Twigs right at the Motel.Very Good Food! I will and have Always stayed here!

We were duped by a classic bait and switch. The room they gave us was across the street at some dumpy annex, not at the tower shown in all the pictures. The room stank unbearably like wet dog. We were staying with my 18 month old daughter so this was not acceptable. Plus the wi-fi worked poorly there; I'm sure the signal was from across the street. The clerk had me wait while she worked on paperwork, never told me how to get to the room (it was on the other side facing an scuzzy alley), never said thanks--just an overall bad experience. They switched rooms but charged extra and then screwed up the bill on checkout, making it take about 15-20 minutes (with a crying child) to get out of there. Oh, the continental breakfast was pretty bad too, the breakfast sausage was frightening.

The hotel itself was fine once I got into a room. My reservations through [...]were messed up. I requested a non-smoking room and assumed that's what I was getting. I should have read ALL of the description of the room. I chose a king-sized bed and didn't notice the "smoking" part of the description. Weird how it didn't filter out the smoking rooms when I requested Non-smoking. Anyway, the gal who checked me in didn't go over the description...just gave me keys. After treking across the parking lot and up the non-airconditioned elevator in the farthest building from the main buildiing (heat index of 115 that day), I got to the room and discoverd a queen-sized murphy bed. Then I realized why the room was stinky as I noticed all the ash trays. YUCK!!! The room was disgusting! I called the front desk and requested a NON-smoking room. They were nice to oblige my request, but the same gal wouldn't help me. That was fine, but I was charged an extra $14 per night. That was fine, too, but they gave me a two full-sized beds. The beds were okay, the room was clean so I was satisfied for the rest of my stay.

Make sure you know if your in main hotel or shiped across the street. Didn't have rooms next to each other like we were told.
