Welcome to the Cozy Hideaway! Whether you're looking to stay short-term or long-term, this house has everything you need. This newly renovated home has 2 bedrooms, with a queen bed and a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on top). A spacious living room where you can relax on the sofa with a smart TV that includes Netflix. We have a small dedicated working area with high-speed internet. A bright fully equipped kitchen where you can cook up a feast with our brand-new appliances. Located in the Lowertown neighborhood, we are within walking distance to downtown Rochester, Mayo Clinic, restaurants, shops, bus stops, and the Rochester trail system.

This house is perfectly suited for both short-term and long-term stays. All bedrooms are located on the main floor. There is a full bath with tub/shower on the main floor as well. The property is equipped with central air conditioning and heating, ensuring that you can always enjoy a comfortable environment. In the basement, there is a small hang out space with a foosball table, as well as the washer/dryer. Lastly, there is a gravel lot behind the house that can fit parking for 2+ cars.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The home itself was lovely, obviously newly remodeled and decorated. But there were several things that we had difficulties with. When we arrived, the light that lit the stairwell entryway was burned out. This stairwell also led downstairs to the basement living space (with the foosball table and washer/dryer where you are required to go to start towels at the end of your stay), so really was a safety hazard.The other thing I would mention is the location. It is not in the best part of town and we actually had some concerns about the security of our car. The gravel lot in the back was very isolated when we were there (it was a holiday), but the street parking in front of the house looked like a less secure option so we ended up parking in the gravel lot in the back. Thankfully, we didn’t end up having any issues. The host was very responsive - which was impressive considering it was a holiday so she was clearly watching the app to make sure we got settled in ok. We appreciated that.
