The staff was courteous. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Pool area looked very nice. The room was run down, smelled musty, and there was visible grime in the bathroom floor corners. Overall would rather avoid this hotel until they renovate the rooms.

The kids loved the pool and waterslide. It's not a waterpark, but the waterslide does set it apart from your standard hotel pool. Basketball hoop was broken in the pool. Everything was clean and overall I'd definitely recommend this hotel. There were a few things that I think could be improved, but they are all pretty minor. First, the workout room was super hot. The thermostat said it was 80F in there, so hot before I even started working out. Also the poolside rooms I would say are not worth the extra money over a regular room. I was thinking it'd be more like a sliding glass door where the kids walk out and go. But really it's still a hallway then through the gate. Our room was a poolside suite and the room was very big and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was OK but most things were a bit cold. Overall a positive experience and I'd recommend staying at this hotel if you're in the area and want the kids to have a little extra fun in the pool area.

We had a two day stay planned and left after one day. Our room was not in good shape. The desk chair was broke. There were stains on the couch and bed sheets. We found a dime size piece of glass on the bathroom floor. The mini fridge did not work. The toilet clogged continuously and the water was warm at best. The worst part though, was the exhaust vent. The room had, what I think was an exhaust vent that a bird or some other animal had found its way in to. It was pulling on and pecking at the vent vanes and trying to get into the room. Also, the pool is not closed to the hotel, which made all of the hallways very hot and a strong chlorine smell almost burned your eyes when you walked in. I asked the manager to contact me about it, as I was told she was not in at the time. I have tried five times to contact them and she has never been there, and not returned my calls. I was charged the full two days, because I checked out after 11am on the second day. I honestly think they don’t care about their guests, I’d look elsewhere.
