The front desk staff was was so rude. When checking in the lady told me i had only booked for one night and when i showed her my booking with two nights she looked extramly annoyed that she had to fix the problem. Then my sister asked if there was any open rooms on friday night and her response was "look around. Does it look like it" Both night and day sstaff at the front were not plesant. There was tons of huge parties going on at the hotel rooms on saturday and my tiny little birthday party for my daughter got harassed by 1 fromt desk lady about wrist bands. I knew about the wrist bands already but she made sure to call again during the middle of my guests being there. Then upon going down to the pool and discovering the other very large and roudy parties. They said they were never told about extra wristbands ect. Front desk staff was TERRIBLE. from check in when my reservation was wrong on their end to check out. Also the batteries in the smoke detector went out on day 2 and i asked someone at the front desk if someone could come up and make it stop chirping and i was told someone was going to come change the batteries and no one ever did. The hotel room and the pool were great the front desk staff ...not so much.

I liked the room by the swimming area 100 percent better, staff was very helpful and under standing, I just want to say thank you so much, if I ever go back to visit I would like the same room 125

We were excited to come back to this particular hotel because our family has always used this location for gatherings over the years. But this time was extremely disappointing. We had no one to even attempt to come and get common trash cans emptied and fresh towels. We didnt want full turn down service because we were staying for 3 nights and 4 days. Seemed like a waste of there time we felt. All we wanted was very very simple room service cleaning. My wife had to do all of it for the whole stay. We contacted front desk several times and nothing was done. Pretty much a joke. Also upon check in which is already at 4pm. We had to wait 45 minutes for our room to get ready. Qhich was also a joke, we arrived on a Thursday and the hotel was very slow which was nice. No one was there yet and expected service to go smothly but that was not the case. Said the room wasnt ready so we waited in the pool area with our 3 year who was ready to swim, went to the front desk several times and the girl there just kept sayimg they were working on it. Which wad also a joke again. We waited right by our room which they told us was going to be room 106 a king suite poolside and 4 cleaning ladies entered the room after a half hour on there cell phones non to less and no cleaning supplies or towels. They were in the room for 5 minutes and came out and magically now the room was ready. The weekend was crazy with baseball team tournament and thats out of anyones hands. But they were way over booked.

We stay at the hotel once in a while so my children can go swimming but they were not able to swim because the pool needed to be reserved and we were not told this when we reserved or checked in to our rooms.

Thank you for being a returning guest of ours and your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience of having to sign up for a swim time during your stay. During these unprecedented times we have had to adapt to State and local restrictions in place in order to keep our pool open and safe. Under the current guidelines for our pool area we have to maintain an occupancy of 25%. Weekends have been the busiest times for us with sport teams resuming. I apologize again if you were not informed of the sign up sheet and wrist bands. Hopefully restrictions will be lifted now that vaccines are being distributed. We appreciate your loyalty and hope you will give us another chance.
