The hotel is very new, and it is very nicely done and the staff is very kind. I'd stay there again but would need to try a room away from the highway. Our room was on the end near the highway, and Traffic noise made it tough to sleep.
Left one hotel that was very substandard in it's chain to spend the rest of our stay at this Fairfield Inn. So glad we did! Clean, comfortable, new facility with an excellent staff. Will try to stay there with every future Mayo visit.
This hotel was great. From the colorful lobby, clean and beautiful rooms to the absolutely delicious breakfast - this place was perfect. It is family friendly with a heated pool, waffles for breakfast, and kids television channels. In the breakfast nook, there are even outlets for chargers! The place was clean, and the staff was above and beyond charming, helpful, and friendly. The lady who was cleaning up breakfast heard me say 'oh darn, they are out of pumpkin creamers for coffee' and ran to the back to get more just for me. Now that is service! If you are in the Rochester area, I recommend whole-heartedly staying at the Fairfield.
