We only stayed one night. The guy who checked me in was very nice.My grandson was able to use the pool even tho the temp wasnt warm, they had just replaced it,but said he could still use it.Only downfall was, the chair that was in there had fur all over it and dirty looking, but we sat on bed.Didnt look like anyone dusted, but maybe with the Covid thing its hard to keep up on that. They did have ToGo bags for breakfast. All and all it was nice.We would stay again

The pool was very small and smelled like straight up chlorine even from outside in the hall walking towards the elevator. My cousin was staying at the neighboring hotel which had a waterfall, slides, and a huge pool area which made ours feel very inadequate. We were informed that breakfast was from 6-9:30 but because it was Sunday, it was actually from 7-10 therefore we didn’t get the pleasure of being able to eat it the first morning. Otherwise, it was a pretty okay stay.

Pool and spa out of order. Breakfast food not available

Very clean and comfortable, easy to get to. Peaceful area not much traffic.

There were definitely some maintenance issues at this property. Our tub would not drain and the shower screeched the entire time you would use it. The pool and hot tub were out of order which is a huge bummer if you have kids. The hallway had a bad odor on first floor, i'm guessing due to the pool issues. But the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was decent. Overall it was OK. Not the worst place we've stayed, but just ok.

Noisy and dirty. Would never stay there again. Paid over $150 for a total dump.

Great hotel! Nice breakfast included, pool nice and clean. No problems!

Hotel was having issues during our stay, rusty water in the pool, door to the outside would not open from the inside, etc.

It was fine. I enjoyed the fresh baked cookies when we checked in.

Okay place for quick one night stay but they need to keep their pop machine filled. Not everyone drinks coffee and it was very frustrating to not be able to get even a simple bottle of water out of the vending machine. Entire machine was empty and staff unable to fill it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent shuttle to Mayo. Would definetly stay again and recommend.

Walls and lampshades were stained and room had an odd odor. Breakfast was not very good.

I have stayed numerous times at this particular Country Inn & Suites for the very reasons in categories listed above. I recommend others to try it and plan on staying there myself when next occasion arises!

Room was quiet, location convenient, easy access to highway and downtown.

Overall, the staff did a great job. The rooms met our expectations and we would stay there again.

Was in town to visit a very sick relative at St. Mary's Hospital. The hotel provided a good clean and comfortable environment during a very difficult family crisis. While had to drive to reach hotel, was very conveniently located in relation to the Hospital, and value was good especially compared to hotels closer to the hospital.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, and location is good
