The staff are very friendly, and extremely accomodating. The pool area is awesome for the family. In the back there are gas grills and an area to hang out which is wonderful.

Staff is very nice. We had a good time at this location.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. A quick getaway with a child. Where this hotel fell short was the quality of the bed. OMG, I woke up sore a few times and I swear I could feel the springs inside the mattress. Everything else was great.

Well located for our needs. Nice to have kitchen options. Easy parking and close to dining and shopping. Understaffed at front desk--especially at check in. Sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on. Bathroom sink had several cracks that ran across the entire bowl.

the breakfast was very good, nice selection of good tasting food. Also a nice quiet nights sleep.

Room and hotel was very clean. Workout room had enough equipment and was very clean. Good price for the amenities.

This hotel is starting to go downhill. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last couple of years - mostly over a weekend so my children could use the pool during the often long winters in Minnesota. Things have gotten a bit out of hand in terms of overcrowding. There we’re multiple birthday parties going on in the hotel ( I actually saw people bringing in crock pots!?) and one guy brought in 5 cases of beer and soda on the luggage rack. Basically, in a room designed for 4 there seemed to be a party of 15 running the halls and using the pool. Multiple that by 4 or 5 parties in a relatively small hotel and things get a bit loud.

We had a terrible virus this trip. Staff was accommodating and kind,

Clean rooms, and just what I would expect from a TownePlace Suites. I had a little trouble getting my Marriott rewards added, but overall a very nice room. Not far from Mayo, and they have a free shuttle that runs at good times. Workout room is acceptable for a hotel, as I always like to hit the gym. Breakfast was not the best, but there's plenty of options close to the hotel if you want a 5 star breakfast. Good variety of options though. Room itself is very clean, good selection of cutlery, and the bed was very comfortable. I plan on staying here again.

My family stayed there and we had the most fun at the pool. I liked that they had a kid pool and an adult pool. My son got sick and I felt so bad though. The front desk person cleaned it up and would not let me do it. I felt so bad but they were very professional and courteous.

We rented a room in order to host a 4 year old birthday party. The two room suite did very nicely, and the pool area was perfect for small children. There certainly isn't anything fancy about the hotel, but it was clean and well maintained. It served our purpose very nicely.

The pool is great for the kids but they had druken adults that where out of hand and not watching their children--we stayed 2 nights and no one came in to make the bed or take out the garbage--the front desk staff was not that friendly either--when I told them no one cleaned--they didn't say anything
