The property was pristine. The park across the street and everything was very clean and up beautiful. Our room was on the 9th floor right off the elevator. Not the best view from our room but beautiful view from the lobby window by the elevators. Very comfortable room clean and comfortable.
This is always a treat for us! Reesha at the lobby bar, Elizabeth on check in and the two gentlemen (names escaped me!) at the front door as we left were amazing and we are grateful for their company and help!

Lovely property— restaurants and bars not fully open
We picked it so we could walk to a concert close by
I’ve never stayed at a hotel with better value for what you get. First class hotel cheaper than a lot of Holiday Inns.
Check in clerk was short, didn’t inform us of skyway issues, where we could get coffee, bar closed, etc. The hotel had zero amenities really…very sad. Also, we only got 2 towels for a king room? We’ve stayed many times, might not be back unfortunately.
We had a really great overnight at the hotel. We ordered extra towels and the front desk staff had them to our room within about two minutes so that was great. The only downside was we parked in the parking ramp and the skywalk door was locked so we ended up having to walk around the building and down stairs to get into the building. Valet parking would have been the best option and cheaper, we did call ahead about parking and the front desk employee told us available options but since the skywalk is closed, it would have been great if she mentioned that, it would have saved us time and walking in the cold weather. Also, the restaurant is only open for evening meal other than room service. But overall we loved it and will be back!
A classic, that knows how to keep it up for 111 years.
Beautiful building! I'm hoping to return when everything is fully staffed and running to try the restaurant!
The staff was very nice and courteous. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
Outstanding facility. Great Staff and hospitality.
By 6am the room temp was down to 85 degrees. Way too hot so we checked out early. The woman who checked us out said the rooms tend to be "toasty" due to the double boiler system. Oh, it was beyond toasty!!
The hotel is beautiful. The staff have been great. Great location.
This is a beautiful hotel located next to everything!
