We had a great time, this is a beautiful clean hotel, everyone was just amazing.

I enjoyed being on the harbor

Nice setting and very friendly staff.

Before we arrived we received a text about check-in time, which was great because we would have arrived too early and may have been charged. This allowed us to take our time getting there and have a leisurely lunch. Check-in was a breeze and the room was sparkling clean with fine amenities. We received a phone call several texts (but not too many) after check-in asking if we had questions or needed anything. We needed a couple of towels and they were waiting at our door when we returned. Breakfast was hearty, fresh, and had a variety for all tastes.

Surprisingly nice. Cool harbor views.

I had left my vehicle lights on and the hotel staff helped me boost my car. With genuine care. I will definitely be back. Wonderful hotel!

The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful at all hours! The area is beautiful and a short distance from so many things to do. For being on a busy marina, it was really peaceful too.

The front desk staff were incapable of hospitality. We had an 88 year old feeble traveler with us who they made wait outside the room for two hours at the end of the day because, even though the room was already paid for, they insisted that the person who booked the room drive to Duluth from another city (two hours away) to show them the physical card (even though they had already charged the card) before they would let me family in the room. My mom almost ended up in the hospital from fatigue. Also they lied to their operations manager and said they offered refreshments as my 88 year old mom was close to fainting. They did not offer anything other than to tell my daughter that she could BUY a pizza while waiting for me to drive in to town. They were rude and less than hospitable to us -- and I hope it wasn't due to internal bias based on the color of my family's skin. I notice they seemed to treat other people politely. We were a family of an 88 year old lady with daughter and grandchildren -- told to wait outside for two hours even though they had charged my credit card the night before! Meanwhile they let everyone else (white customers) in. It ended up that my mom was so exhausted from the ordeal we never made it to the Duluth family sites and cemeteries we were scheduled to visit. It was a humiliating and wasted trip and I do not recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay!

This is a great property to stay at when you've visiting Duluth. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

We have stayed at this wonderful property before. Quiet location. We had a great view of the Duluth Harbor. Has a great balcony you could sit on- if the wind chills and temps weren't in the negative numbers. ;) Nice little lounge to get an assortment of alcoholic beverages. There is a free shuttle to go downtown. COVID and negative numbers puts a halt to some of the great things this property offers. Staff did an excellent of keeping the property clean and safe. We can't wait to go back!

Great service. Clean and updated. I’ll definitely stay there again

Nice location and nice rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Adequate stay. We would stay again.

The location is unique, views of marina and lift bridge. Nice room with balcony. Short walk to beach area. It is near canal park without the busy feeling. Room was very nice.
