Our hotel stay was nothing short of amazing. The property was clean ans staff were polite and friendly. We loved our room and the view of the marina. The breakfast buffet was so good and had various menu and drinks. It is now our favorite hotel when we visit Duluth!

My one complaint was the bed was hard. Hardest bed on our 18 day roadtrip. Otherwise a good breakfast, clean hotel, great staff, and great setting.

Very nice property. Staff super friendly. Breakfast was very good. Pizza in the lounge was also very good. Location is excellent. Short walk to Canal Park over the lift bridge. The building did make quite a bit of creaky noises and the doors to the room slam pretty hard. The A/C fan was enough to cover those sounds.
