Radisson Hotel Duluth - Harborview

Everything was great other than the very loud air conditioner that had to be turned off to sleep.

Was a great experience overall. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only negatives were a malfunctioning button for the elevator and erratic water temperature.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights and enjoyed every night. The housekeeping staff were top notched, especially Sarah., actually, all of the staff should be commended for their customer services, they were helpful and courteous. The restaurant on the 16th floor had a wonderful site to see and the delicious food was worth the price along with the ambitious.

Bathroom and hottub were dirty. Hair in bathroom they need some remodeling work done for the price it was

Not a Hilton, but an icon in Duluth. Close to all sorts of great things, and it is a bit old, but comfy and clean.

Close to Canal Park, shuttle service within 5 miles of hotel, bed wasn't the most comfortable, but room was clean.

We stayed in a lakeview room, would be nice but would of liked a higher room. We ate at the JJ Astor restaurant each night, so worth it and very yummy! Beautiful views. Perfect walking distance to the waterfront - about a 0.5 mile. The downstairs pub was also fun to grab a drink. Pool & Sauna were very relaxing, hot tub should be bigger though (only holds 3-4 people comfortably.

This hotel was recently updated. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the lake. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing negative was the elevators were very slow and busy (only 2 of them in main building). Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Rooftop revolving restaurant is a special treat. Had breakfast with Anthony as our server. Lots of local knowledge. Front desk staff was outstanding.

Overall a nice and clean hotel with great staff. Room was clean with very comfortable beds and many amenities on site. Good location to many Duluth activities. Only complaints were - our bathroom door didn't fit right and was very hard to open and close which was frustrating, especially at night, when trying not to wake up others because it was loud. The closet door was also very squeaky when in use. Hallway conversations and noise were also a noticeable distraction.

This is worse Radisson that I ever stayed. The building is old and not well keep. The rooms are very small. The bathroom wall paper had some water damage. The beds are old and very uncomfortable. For a Radisson Hotel, I expect way better... in the other hand, the staff are very friendly.

Easy and fast check in with a pleasant staff. The room was very clean and quiet. This was a stay right after Labor Day so they were not busy. I have stayed here twice before and have had no complaints.

We would have been better off staying at a Super 8 than this Radisson. Rooms were dirty (hair on bedding, sink, Windows were filthy, and parts of the rooms that were being "remodeled" were falling apart!) After the way corporate handled the issue and the manager at this hotel, I will never stay at a Radisson again.

Restaurant at top rotates and is the best feature. Great food and splendid ambiance. I'm a professional writer so if you want more it will cost you $1 a word.

The hallway carpet on our floor was stained with spackle all around. They must be going to recarpet..but there were no signs to indicate that. The room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was more than helpful!

Bed was lumpy. sleep number didnt work. bathroom was DATED! AC kept me up all nice. so load. hallway was dated and dirty. i want my money back.

The pool area was great, the room was clean with modern furnishings, and a very nice big TV. Other than my sleep number bed deflating twice during the night it was a great stay!

Amenities were disappointing. A good cup of coffee goes a long way in the morning, but all that was available was a watered down brew. Once a great hotel and appears that instead of "working harder" they are trying to milk the last few stays out of it. With the choice of hotels at competitive pricing, Duluth has much more to offer. Good location, a few blocks for everything.

Spent 8 days. Room nice and large, good for work and sleeping, but no couch/armchair/meal area. Which is not too bad, because hotel couches are mostly accumulators for dust. This room did not make you fell you've got to wash your hands all time. Carpets in the corridors and some other stuff (e.g., the notice on the door, the label card on the phone) evidently need renovating, but these are just details. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The revolving restaurant at the top is barely OK at best as far as the food goes. The swimming pool is just large enough to swim in (ca. 10 meters instead of the more usual 8). There is only a small shower near the "whirlpool" (elsewhere called a "spa", i.e., a jacuzzi), so the water in the pool tends to get not too clean quite quickly. Indeed, the walls of the pool look grimy (above the water area). The "whirlpool" not too satisfactory, I thought the water quite unclean, and the water jets too weak: just tried it once. There is a small sauna, which is sort of OK if you remember to switch the heating on before you take your 30 min. swim. The pool area is quite heavily used, even in the early morning, during the weekend. The location of the hotel is excellent, and its distinctive "round tower" shape makes it easy to find.
