Radisson Hotel Duluth - Harborview

Nice staff. Parking (especially in the back) isn't ideal, especially with a larger vehicle. Views facing Lake Superior are nice. Rooms could use a little updating and pretty small. With 3 adults and a teen, we were cramped. Our bathroom sink was ready to come out of the countertop. Shower was hot and great pressure. Breakfast is nice; especially the strawberries for the waffles! I've never seen that before; nice treat. Nice hotel for the price.

It was an ok stay. The check in staff were cold and uninviting (guess I didn’t look rich enough for them to smile). The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly we really appreciated that. Only one elevator worked, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom and the restaurant and the upholstery on the chair was coming undone. When I booked at the “Radisson” I was expecting better. The pool was warm so that was nice and it was in walking distance of quite a few things I wanted to do while in Duluth so location was good. Lobby was clean and looked nice although it was a bit awkward to walk through a birthday party to get to my room. We weren’t in the room much so the size was just fine. It was a decent experience but not worth what I paid. The room I got did not have a view of the lake but we made the best of it.

Not enough parking for guests... Had to drive around for TEN minutes to find a parking spot. Tub was dirty, and they only had ONE elevator working for a 16 story building! HORRIBLE!

Stopped in room after checking in just to drop bags quick because I had dinner plans. Didn’t get back to room until late. Went in bathroom to find toilet paper hanging from role, hair in counter, empty Kleenex box and sh$! In the toilet when I lifted the lid! The elevators didn’t work so the whole hotel shared a service elevator which was slow and dirty. Although the bar hours were clearly posted as open until eleven (this why I recommended to our party we go back there for our last drinks of the night, we arrived at 9:45 to find the doors closed and lights off. Upon letting the front desk know, they decided to give me 50% off my room. I guess if I ran the hotel and had a guest with this experience, I would not charge them anything for the stay and give them a voucher to come back to try to show them we could do better. This discount was far from enough to make me want to return. Honestly, I always read these reviews and find them helpful but never take the time to write them myself. This time I felt I had something to share. I’d think twice before booking this reputable name hotel.

We liked everything from guest service to the room it was nice and clean and the bed was a sleep number bed which was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The rotating restaurant was very cool and our room was comfortable with a great view of Canal Park. We had some sticky items in our room, so that could’ve been better. The connection to the skyway system made it a convenient location. The only working elevators were service elevators that were slow. But we were told right away about the situation, which we appreciated. We took stairs and hit some dead ends, so I wish the stairs were labeled better since we couldn’t take the elevator.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice with good views. Great experience at JJ Astor’s restaurant. Slow elevators about the only issue.

We had two rooms for family for a six night seven day experience in Duluth for our son's nuptials. The Radisson had a great location and everything about our stay was good. From the staff to the spinny restaurant food --- all good. We loved our waitress in the restaurant and the front desk personnel were always friendly with a happy hello!

We were there Labor Day weekend. Seems like they were low on staff. Ice machine was out of order and trash can was over-flowing near it. The restaurant ran out of items on menu. We liked the room!

The Radisson Hotel in downtown Duluth is awesome! The property is conveniently located so that you can walk to the heart of the city in just minutes. Its location is also served by several bus routes and the delightful downtown trolley bus. A short walk, drive or bus ride will get you to sites such as the North Shore Scenic Railroad, Canal Park, Bayfront Park. Amsoil Arena and many more attractions. This property features a revolving restaurant, the JJ Astor, on its top floor. Service is excellent and the quality of food is superior (pun intended). My room was clean and well organized. I have stayed at more expensive hotels that lack many of the amenities of the Radisson Duluth. A mini fridge, a microwave oven and a Keurig coffee maker along with free in room WiFi made my stay especially enjoyable. Add to that direct access to the Skywalk system that connects many downtown buildings in an air conditioned network of above ground passageways and you have all the ingredients for a most enjoyable lodging experience. I can't wait for my next visit to Duluth and my next stay at the Radisson Duluth hotel!

Everything was great other than the very loud air conditioner that had to be turned off to sleep.

Was a great experience overall. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only negatives were a malfunctioning button for the elevator and erratic water temperature.

We stayed at the hotel for five nights and enjoyed every night. The housekeeping staff were top notched, especially Sarah., actually, all of the staff should be commended for their customer services, they were helpful and courteous. The restaurant on the 16th floor had a wonderful site to see and the delicious food was worth the price along with the ambitious.

Bathroom and hottub were dirty. Hair in bathroom they need some remodeling work done for the price it was

Not a Hilton, but an icon in Duluth. Close to all sorts of great things, and it is a bit old, but comfy and clean.

Close to Canal Park, shuttle service within 5 miles of hotel, bed wasn't the most comfortable, but room was clean.

We stayed in a lakeview room, would be nice but would of liked a higher room. We ate at the JJ Astor restaurant each night, so worth it and very yummy! Beautiful views. Perfect walking distance to the waterfront - about a 0.5 mile. The downstairs pub was also fun to grab a drink. Pool & Sauna were very relaxing, hot tub should be bigger though (only holds 3-4 people comfortably.

This hotel was recently updated. Room was clean, spacious, and had a nice view of the lake. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The only thing negative was the elevators were very slow and busy (only 2 of them in main building). Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Rooftop revolving restaurant is a special treat. Had breakfast with Anthony as our server. Lots of local knowledge. Front desk staff was outstanding.

We apologize for the disappointing service you received from our front desk staff. Our team works hard to make sure our guests are comfortable and receive our best “Yes I Can!” service. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention, and hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations in the future. Jordan Dols General Manager
