Quite nice base for a couple nights with spouse and teen. Hotel was busy over MEA break, but everything was clean and breakfast was well-stocked. Staff friendly and efficient. Lots of kids, but hotel still quiet overnight. Pool and hottub area attractive, and large enough for a few families/groups at the same time. Only problem we encountered was that the room got weirdly humid, and we never did figure out how to deal with that. Temperature was easy to adjust, as was fan, but humidity sort of stayed. Comfortable beds, convenient location. There was a pretty wide variety of standard hotel breakfast options, and items were re-stocked throughout the morning. I appreciated the tasty breakfast potatoes. Some topping other than salt and pepper would be nice - maybe hot sauce or salsa. Overall a nice hotel that we'd stay at again.

Had a hard time finding a place to park. Room was good. Loved breakfast. Lots of variety of foods to choose from. Staff was nice but hard to locate. On our 2nd night it was late and we couldn’t get in with our card. We picked up the night phone and no one answered. Finally another customer came and let us in but our key didn’t work on the room door either. I went back to the service desk and waited 15 mins until some came to fix my card. The staff did apologize. Otherwise a good stay.

Pros were wonderful breakfast and cozy decor with only 2 floors and nice pool area. Also, large renovated bathrooms. Cons were rather hard mattresses, and no fitness room despite Hotels having it listed as an amenity.

To whom it may concern. Parking was good, and safe . We arrived around 6.30pm, the check in was okay, but the front desk person was rude . We have been staying at this hotel for around 10 years. Saddens me to say that we will no long go back to this hotel. The bathroom had not been cleaned up like before, i have a video of the toilet running all night and the bathroom had little black dirt things behind the toilet The coffee machine did not work. Bathroom counter dirty and hair on it. If you need to reach out .please do so.
