The room was bigger than I expected. Very nice and clean

Hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Close to all the great bars and restaurants Duluth has to offer. Would recommend staying here to anyone.

The only issue I had was that the indoor pool on the 8th floor is open to the 10th floor...which is where my room was located...children scream in pools soooo...as long as the pool is open, children are in it and screaming.nuff said

Very kind and friendly. Clean and had a nice view of the harbor.

It is an older hotel, but still ok. Our shower drain was backed up (30 second shower, 20 minutes to drain). Pool is nice. Make sure you bring snacks, as the Covid has shut down most restaurants.

I like the room since we were able to have some privacy between the kids and us. The bathroom was a little small. The room wasn’t very clean which I hated specially during COVID 19 times. I could see so many fingerprints on the microwave, the vent was full of dust, the sink had mildew and there was hair in our bed... Also the sheets for the sofa bed had holes in it.

Loved that its on the skyway! We could go a lot ofnplaces without freezing!

Location is great, clean nice rooms with comfy bed. Would have liked to known that we were put in a room next to the indoor swimming pool. A bit loud in a weekend.

I liked how friendly the staff was and the convenient ramp for parking. I also liked the location of the hotel.

Our room was comfortable and clean and in good shape. We had a suite with a decent view of the lake. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is right downtown with walkable access to the area. The hotel seemed to be in good shape overall. Recommend and would stay again.

Check-in staff was pleasant. Cleaning staff was very rude. Room was very small. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The bathroom was so small, I felt like I was sitting in a stall. For the price I expected a lot more and a lot better. I have an invoice for one amount and was charged another.

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked the free parking.

Friendly staff and great location. Room was comfortable and the food was good!

The staff are friendly, the room is clean, but the ramp is horrible to navigate, because everything is the OPPOSITE side, meaning to go up for more parking, you stay to the left, not the right. And to exit, it brings you around the whole level to go down in order to exit.

The lights above the sink in the living area did not work and needed to be replaced. I traveled for the first time with my 7 month old and having light to clean out bottles would have been great.

Pool area sooooo loud with screaming echoing in our room until 10p. Total nightmare. Someone smoking weed outside our room until about 2am. Awful. Thanks.

This place is nice and a good value but best for families. 1. If your room is overlooking the pool expect to get woken up as soon as pool hours begin when the kiddos are up and loudly playing. 2. The jacuzzi temp is set for kids not adults...it’s just warm not even close to hot. Otherwise a comfortable stay w keurig coffee in the room. Amazing view of the Aerial Lift Bridge!
