I had requested a room upgrade to a room with bunk beds. I do this as soon as I received the link to be able to check in online. Well when I arrived the guy at the front desk said they weren’t able to clean all the rooms. I guess thank you for your honesty?? How are you not about to have all the rooms cleaned?!

Great hotel! Hot tub was hot, pool was cool! Breakfast was very good and the seating area was clean and comfy. Room, bed, tv were all great. Love the blinds to keep the sun out. Overall nice hotel with great front desk staff.

The staff seemed annoyed we were there to check in. They didn’t greet us or use any pleasantries. Our room was not clean. There was a fake nail in one corner of the bathroom and a ball of hair in the other. There weren’t any pool towels. When we asked for some, it was a short snippy response.

The shower ceiling had mold, the alarm clock didn't work and upon asking for a new one, I never did receive one. The pool area was constantly out of towels, the breakfast was only carbs besides a yogurt jar that it was pumped out of (very unappetizing- single serve would be preferred). The waffle irons were very filthy even being some of the first people there. I waited for front staff on two occasions one of which they were outside smoking. Just generally dingey and low quality unfortunately.
