We enjoyed this property very much! Great restaurant in the hotel!

The location was wonderful and easy to get to/from my conference.

Upon arriving I noticed my Ice tongs had Food Residue of some nature (crumbs and sugary slime). I moved them to the front of the TV counter in plain view of the door placed on top of a note describing what I had found and a request for a clean pair. They were still untouched at the end of a week long stay. The toiletries were not restocked the entire time during my stay. I had to request that my room be cleaned because after two full days of residing there my room had not been touched. half of the charging outlets were non functional or unsafe to use (voltage spikes). As far as the WiFi is concerned ... You would be better off with dial up unless you upgrade to their next package. and one evening during a minor storm the entire tv/ network dropped and the only reply form management was that they would be installing chrome casts in the future. The entire experience was over priced and underwhelming and i will not be booking Hyatt hotels in the future for our business trips.

The room configuration was a bit awkward resulting in a long walk from the elevator to our room. It was also a bit noisy in the later hours of the evening, but not for a prolonged period of time.

There was heavy traffic and noise around the pool from 11PM-4AM. We had a pool room and it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep due to it. Security did their best to address it each time we complained but it was never resolved. They should have shut down access to the pool to prevent the traffic and noise.

The room was fine and front desk service good. However, the restaurant is hyped as top drawer but in reality it is expensive with just acceptable food with poor service. The wait staff was minimal so very slow. I would rate the restaurant as poor, expensive and unimaginative. Don't waste your money eating there. Actually, don't stay at the Hyatt unless everything else is full and then go out o eat.

Very relaxing lobby and bar area, only down side is they close at midnight. We went to a concert and wanted to have a couple drinks and couldnt. Room was clean and comfortable.

Room price ended up being cheaper than expected which much have included parking initially. Hotel was pretty and clean but all the additional costs afterward just made it an ok experience. Probably won't stay in a downtown hotel again.

Very pleasant hotel our room was nice and clean with a beautiful view of the city. The restaurant had good food except it was a little pricey and few items to choose from especially for families with children. Also guests shouldnt have to pay $24 to park in the parking structure

Overall a good stay..the room set up wasn't very comfortable
