This was a great hotel and the staff was wonderful. The location worked perfect for my commute from the airport and to my business meetings.

I had booked this obviously through Orbitz. It was over 90 minutes from the time of booking but when I arrived the hotel had no information regarding my reservation. It took me over an hour to get checked in around midnight/1:00 a.m. after waiting in line and the frond desk consulting with the manage of not knowing what to do. The hotel did not offer any gesture whatsoever in noting the delay except for a thank you. I get up; to my room which is suppose to have a view of the city. and I get a pool side room with no natural light whatsoever. Incredibly disappointing. It will make me question ever rebooking at this hotel again. On a positive note, the room was very clean -overall staff friendly and it is a good property - I don't know if the check in was the hotel or a computer glitch with Orbitz.

Flight delayed then cancelled so treated myself to stay at Hyatt Room service & all! It was the highlight in otherwise terrible travel day! Hotel was super clean & quiet room I'd stay again!

I will NEVER use this hotel again. There is no parking for Hyatt. You have to park in the cities parking structure and pay! Every time you go out of the parking structure you pay! 2 hours was $12. That's ridiculous. For overnight is $19. When you are there for 3 days and 2 nights the parking fees along add up fast. Had I known that I would have to pay for parking I would have gone to a different hotel. Plus I paid the hotel the extra free to have breakfast every morning. When I checked in, it did say the breakfast was included but the staff, and 3 people tried to figure it out, had no clue what to tell me. I was told to eat in the restaurant, add the bill to my room and hopefully it all works itself out. We'll it didn't. So again I paid for something that I was expecting. I believe customers who stay at this hotel should be told about the parking situation BEFORE they the reserve a room.

Friendly staff. Nice view. $19 parking per night- a bit much. Restaurants nearby.

The sand art was very nice and helpful. I didn't wait for anything and was very pleased with my service. The room was excellent and the room service was great! I will definitely stay here again when traveling for business.

After reading previous reviews about parking, we weren't sure what to expect. There were no issues with parking very easy to get to and plenty of parking available. It nice to be connected to the skyway system and leave the jackets behind. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and great view. Breakfast Buffett was excellent. We paid a $10 extra for the breakfast and well worth the money. We will definaty stay there again.

It's a very hip, urban looking hotel, kind of like a W. I wasn't expecting that. The room was very comfortable, the decor was really appealing. The staff was great. A great location,in walking distance to lots of restaurants, etc. All in all a really enjoyable hotel stay.

Great hotel this is my second time staying here. The gym at this hotel is big has all the equipment you might need, but does not have a free bench press to work on your chest. However, it does have the support squat machine which can be used to bench press. The staff was very friendly I got a free upgrade which was nice. There is a $19 per night to self park your car which is not as bad compared to the rates on other hotels. There are plenty of bars near by $6 Uber drive or you can walk if you like 10-12 min.

we booked this hotel for our 10 years anniversary. We booked a king bed and upgrade to a city view. When we arrived they give us a room with 2 queen beds and no city view. we agree to to stay in the 2 queen beds room and was guarantee to the king bed the next night. The next night we were giving the same room. After requested many time that they finally giving us the king bed room. For 10 years we haven't gone away from the kids. We wanted to book a nice room to relax but it didn't turn out the way we thought it would be. The bed was very uncomfortable. We keep sliding to the middle of the mattress. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and experience. The pool was very small though and there's no hot tub. The exercise rooms were phenomenal and there is even an indoor basketball court. The pool area was the only disappointment.

It was way over priced for a regular room and there were no towels at ALL!

I tried three hotels in Minneapolis, this is the best one.

I went for the maraton it was very nice the hotel and the food and everybody were grate

Great location and recently renovated at the time. Would definitely go back.

Great hotel which offers great food! Service was outstanding and the room was very clean!!!

Overall, a very nice place. Only negative was that glass doors into the hotel and into the complimentary breakfast lounge where dirty with finger prints. They looked like they hadn't been cleaned in weeks.

Excellent value. The location is excellent and the staff was also excellent. The parking situation is OK, but I guess there isn't much that can be done about that.

Lovely reception and the rooms are a great bargain for the price

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I had upgraded my room for a just $11 I guess there was a deal going on. But when I got up to the room I was quite surprised that everything looked good, big, and the window and workspace were just in the right place to feel comfortable. The bathroom was nice, and the carpet was clean, not to mention the furniture looked and was in great condition. You get what you pay for and in my experience it was totally worth it.
