Very clean property with a great gym. Parking is too expensive!

It’s a nice property but was quite understaffed and not prepared for the large convention in the hotel. The bar and restaurant were packed and only one side of the bar open, so almost impossible to get service.

I like the food attendants at the buffet for being kind to me and my children. I like the front desk guy for explaining the parking to me ad nauseum untill i finally understood it. I like that it was clean and we had a good view. It felt safe. I stayed at another downtown hotel last year and it did not feel safe and the room smelled of smoke, (starts with an E). I like the staff at the market too, it seems like they are putting a lot of effort into making the grab n go food top notch.

Restaurant not open while we were there

Friendly employees, helpful, and great food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem is that we stayed in room 3121 and in the room next door was a dog that barked, howled and scratched ALL NIGHT LONG, to the point that we were worried that the person in the room was dead or incapacitated. We finally called the front desk about 6:00 a.m., but we heard the dog again an hour later. It was maddening, because I had a four hour drive the next day, with two children in the back seat I was responsible for, and I didn't get an hour of uninterrupted sleep. We didn't know if the owner of the dog was dead, unconscious, passed out, or had gone home with someone else and left the dog alone all night. I'm certain this is an uncommon experience and I'm not sure what your front desk staff could have done, but you asked my opinion, and I have to tell you, when the phrase Hyatt Regency comes into my head, that's the image that is going to be there. Sincerely, Brent Olson

25$ for parking

Great staff and perfect location. The rooms were super dusty and breakfast was chaotic.

Front desk staff five stars housekeeping four stars maintenance some noise through the night maybe air-conditioning needs repairing pipes plumbing overall four stars

Great staff, easy check in, easy check out. Great restaurant, we ordered the brussel sprouta on the appetizer menu, to die for!

Stayed here for a Monday Night Football game and had a great time! The hotel was very nice, the staff was very kind and helpful and it's a great location for downtown events. The only bummer is that there is no hot tub, only a pool. Would recommend!

The location is great, the rooms are pretty and the bathroom is ambient

We enjoyed this property very much! Great restaurant in the hotel!
