Customer service was average. The man that was working the restaurant and the bar was unsanitary with the way he handled food and drinks. He came out eating a cup of Froot Loops with his bare hand. I asked for a drink from the bar. He never washed his hands before preparing my drink. He took a lime with the hand that he was eating with squeeze the juice and then drop the lime into the cup. My Husband drink had a lemon that was starting to mold. My husband had a pulled pork sandwich diarrhea from the sandwich.

Front desk staff was great! Description of property included airport shuttle. The shuttle service was not available for morning departure, which was the whole reason we selected the property. We incurred an additional expense for the Uber. We are a non-profit and this was very disappointing. Please update the location discriotion.

The lady that checked us in was so friendly & helpful. Our room was extremely clean and cozy. The only "complaint" is that our body wash was empty & couldn't be refilled because there was only the evening desk lady, and she was busy, when we discovered it. She did accomodate by giving us a bar soap and all was well though!

I'm not one to write reviews, but I'll make an exception. The room was perfect. It was clean, the temperature was easily controlled (and the fan wasn't noisy), the bed and pillows were super comfy, and it was a good price. Nice people at the desk. Breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay again!
