Great location and beautiful hotel! We enjoyed our weekend get away and the hotel is easy access to everything and close to the airport

Overall a great place to stay. A little noisy, but easy to find and I got an amazing nights sleep

The staff makes it an even better experience! Keep doing what you're doing!

More than I expected. Huge TV. The lobby, dining, and bars were very nice. Our room was clean, and very nice. Would definitely stay again.

We just stopped to stay one night. When we arrived the desk staff were all nice and welcoming. However, I cannot say the same for the rest of our type l time there... The service was very poor. We waited about an hour and 45 minutes just to get two towels and wash cloths after calling 4 times and being ensured they were on the way to bring them up. We had everything planned for our last day before we flew out and that threw off our entire schedule.

The location was hard to find and construction is still being completed on the hotel. My room was great but I needed a refrigerator for some meds ad one was provided. The desk personnel were more then helpful and well as the bar staff we met upon out arrival. The restaurant look world class but we did not din due to other commitments.

My wife and I stayed exclusively at this hotel in the Twin Cities when it had a different name in the past. However, after our first experience with the hotel being a Sheraton, we will be finding a new place. They essentially took all of the best parts of what the hotel was and got rid of them. Now it's the shell of what it used to be with new substandard accomodations and amenities. It's really a shame because it was definitely our home away from home before the unfortunate changes!

It was clean convient. The staff was nice. It was well let. The shower heads were tall

Not quite as nice as the pictures looked. Could hear noise from the courtyard area at night and all the noise from the hallway like there were no seals on the door. No mini fridge in the room. House keeping didn't restock the coffe in the room for the second night. Building itself had very cool and interesting layout.

The hotel was tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds.

Restaurant has terrific food! Location is fabulous. You can hear showers running and toilets flushing in other rooms surrounding ours. Asked for a king bed and got two queens even though the hotel wasn't nearly busy. The sheets were beautiful and clean but felt like paper towels.

I visited this place with my friends. But I regretted. This place is really good for business trip but not for friends. hotels does't have any pool or entertainment things.

The room is nice and it close to everything is near by

I wanted to stay longer, but had to go home. From the second I walked in, super nice welcome. Loved this place and will return.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Sheraton. The hotel is very presentable on the inside. The staff were very welcoming. I couldn't check in until almost 1 AM, and they were very understanding. The woman even upgraded our room and gave us coupons for MOA. They remodeled the hotel well. My only negative is that they don't have a continental breakfast. Other than that, everything was accessible. MOA is only a short drive away. I would definitely stay her again!

Very nice hotel. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and comfortable. Located conveniently next to highway, shops and mall.

People were great at hotel. Excellent stay. Room was large and updated.

Very classy hotel. Looking forward to completed renovation.

My daughter and I enjoy a Minnesota get-away weekend every year. Our mother/daughter tradition started over 10 years ago and includes going to a show at the Chanhassen Dinner Theatre and an all-day shopping trip at the Mall of America. The Sheraton Bloomington Hotel was a great location for our activities and a great place to stay. It was pleasant from check-in to check-out. While we don't usually spend a lot of time at the hotel, we appreciated how pleasant and personable the folks at the front desk were and how they took an interest in the purpose of our visit. This was the first time we've stayed at this hotel, and based upon our first experience, we would definitely stay there again.

My wife and I were making a trip across Minnesota; north to south. Bad weather conditions were predicted for the day we planned to travel so we opted to get ahead of the weather and travel part of the way the day before. This necessitated the need for a hotel layover. We had stayed at this hotel before under a different name and were hoping it would be a good experience for us. We were not disappointed. Front desk personnel were the best we have seen; anywhere. We got a free upgrade as well. Restaurant was a little expensive, but not unreasonable. The service in the restaurant was exceptional.
