I have stayed there before and was happy, this time maid service was terrible even after it was requested. Guests were rowdy in the parking lot to the point that I had to drop my wife at the door and take the long way to the front door to avoid the crowd of people that were load and pushing one another. Ther was no one at the front desk to report the incident, so we called them when we got to the room.

We loved our room it was very large for the price.
Check in was a disaster. Brought everything up to our room only to find the key didn’t work. So my husband had to go back to the desk, stand in line to discover we were given the wrong room. We get another key for another room. Haul all of our stuff to the new room. We reserved a room with two beds. This one had one bed. So, my husband want back down stairs, stood in line to finally gave up on dealing with the dysfunctional chaos. We kept the room with one bed and had our daughter sleep on the uncomfortable sofa.

Room was right next to elevator shaft. It was very loud and would shake the walls.
I liked that there was a hot tub in the room but unfortunately it was falling apart. Knobs were missing and it was dirty.
