We had to cancel our reservation. Thunderstorms prevented us from completing our trip to Mpls. We also learned that Expedia does not accept cancellations. Therefore, we lost our deposit.

Lovely

I had one of the recently renovated rooms and it was lovely. The bed was comfortable and the tv has been upgraded. We also ate at Taco Libre, which has is just in the next parking lot. The food was pretty good in my opinion. The only complaint I have is regarding the person who checked me. He didn’t greet me, I had to say hello first. He explained nothing, gave me my keys and said elevators are down the hall. Which hall? Do I go left or right? Because I’ve stayed here a few times before, I knew where to go and I knew about the deposit fees, but he still should’ve explained. He just wasn’t friendly

In the future if you are hosting an event/conference please alert in coming guests. If I had been informed the NA conference was hosting a conference taking over the resort, I would have stayed somewhere else. I did not feel their behavior was appropriate for a family vacation. Very disappointed, we spent of our time away from the property as a result.

Really nice hotel for the price. Loved the large hot tub and general pool area. Nice views from the higher up floors. Perfect location for MOA trip!

Disappointed hotel stay.

I was not as impressed as I was hoping. The room was nice size for the 2 of us. The problem was the sink backed up constantly. There was hair on the shower wall & the shower head was leaking out of the top. I brought this up to the front desk when checking out. All she said was sorry about that. Very disappointing when you’re paying $130.00 a night!!

Comfort stay.

The hallway lighting was a little errie, but the rooms were comfortable enough. It was quiet at night that you didnt hear others. Was told maid service needed to be requested, however the maids came around every morning to freshen the rooms.
