Orbitz over booked me, and gave me a different hotel, with a smaller room, approx 1/3 the size with zero discount and zero refund. Terrible experience.

As a recently injured traveller, I was very impressed with the compassion and caring of all the hotel staff. The handicapped accessible room was great.

Ultimately, room should not be rented. It's a converted hotel room that is poorly designed, uncomfortable and downright unacceptable for the price. For $200/night, you get outdated and mismatched furniture, proximity to the elevator (there's a 1" gap between the door and the floor so you hear everything in the hallway, even the ding of the elevator), and wait for it...a murphy bed. Yep, you heard it, a bed that folds down from the wall. If you're lucky, you might be able to see the tv which is all the way across the room, approx 20 ft. The room is ridiculous and should not be rented. I feel ripped off having paid to stay.

Free shuttle transportation and proximity to local attractions is excellent.

It was pretty nice, almost felt like I was at home

All this hotel cares about is it's conferences. We stayed from Sat-thurs. There was not one day that it was not swarmed with conference people. It was loud at all hours of the day. Hotel staff was rude when confronted with a noise conflict. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. There was leaking water in the corner of the room from above. I would recommend if you are a traveling family like us, to look elsewhere.

The room was ok, a little mold in the bathroom, the staff at the front desk was terrible, there was some convention there and all there attention was on them, I was waiting to check in and 2 ladies walked up with convention name tags on and the other woman smiled at me then looked at them as they were walking up and said can I help you ladies

no hilton honors points if you book through orbitz... you will be treated as a third class citizen for not booking direct with hotel.

Not a bad hotel. About 10mins from the mall of America. Less than 15mins to the airport.

Cheap uber to city! Good price. Very clean. That's about all I have to say

I loved it! Very nice hotel. The staff was very nice and informative

Nice hotel, but a little older. It is nice for the price I paid though. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Could give free wifi though. You can get the slower wifi for free, but the faster version is $10 a day.

I was on business and needed a hotel overnight. This was rated very good and had a great price and free parking. The staff could not have been nicer. I had a late night drink and snack at their bar which was very comfortable. This will be my go to hotel when I am on a business trip there.

We had a nice stay here overall! The only things I can think of that were a bit of a bummer were the parking, I felt I had to park a bit of a distance away during a snow storm to get to the front because the valet parking took up two of the first rows. The rooms were kind of small but it worked for us. They didn't have a fridge in the rooms either which was a bummer to my breast feeding mom. The beds there were probably the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on!! The staff were super nice and even gave us cookies when we got there! I would definitely go back to this hotel.. besides those minor things it was a fabulous stay!

The room itself was very comfortable and I would stay here again if I got the great price I got this time! The biggest complaint that I have is that the parking lot is huge and there is no where close to park unless you want to pay extra for valet. In the cold and snow, I was really wishing I didn't have to trek across the large entry area and past the (nearly empty) Valet slots to get to my car. Another issue was the heating/cooling system. Even when I adjusted the temp on the thermostat, it took a long to for the room to warm up and then it got way too hot (set on only 70) and took a long time to cool back down to a comfortable temp. When I was there, the hotel was quite empty so it was nice and quiet. The view was just of the highway intersection, but there was no noise since I was on a top floor. I didn't use the pool or restaurant so I can't rate those.

Hotel staff were excellent from the minute we walked in. Chris, the bellman, went above and beyond helping us out and made our stay very enjoyable.

Good location near good shopping and eating. Nice pool and jacuzzi

The location is quiet without much traffic and next to gas station, but still just few minutes drive to Mall of America.

Perfect stay from arrival to departure. No complaints at all.
