I WAS TOLD THAT THE ROOM WAS A 2 ROOM SUITE - I CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT IT WAS 2 DIFFERENT AREAS AND ASKED IF THE BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM WERE PRIVATE FROM EACH OTHER AND WAS TOLD YES - ON ARRIVAL THE ROOM WAS ALL OPEN I ASKED AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ACTUAL 2 ROOM SUITES THAT THEY WERE ALL OPEN - I WOULD HAVE NOT BOOKED THIS ROOM IF I WAS NOT TOLD THAT IT WAS AN ACTUAL 2 SEPARATE ROOMS - ALSO THE ROOM HAD MOLD IN THE GROUT IN THE SHOWER AND THE BEDS WERE SO CHEAP THAT THEY MADE NOISE FROM THE SPRINGS WHEN YOU SAT OR LAID DOWN ON THEM

Convenient to airport, but the parking at hotel not convenient to hotel entry. Room was adequate, but A/C was loud throughout the night with on/off operation. Also, the beds were comfortable, but the sheets seemed to be "rubberized", and were not comfortable. Attended an early "happy hour", but wine of choice was not available at the time and the bar tender said he couldn't access the supply since the manager was gone for the day with the key. Overall, could have been a better experience!

Very friendly staff, easy check in and out, clean room with fridge and microwave, easy to walk to Mall of America and they also have a shuttle

Free parking. The only downside was the room had double size beds rather than queen sized ones.

Love the fact that the light rail train station is just across the street

Great location to metro, mall of america and MSP, that's the reason this hotel was selected. Got to room Friday noticed no doors on cabinet to refrigerator or microwave area, TVS were unplugged, bathroom very much in need of updating and large cracks in the ceiling. On Sunday we were gone all day until 4pm, room still hadn't been freshened up. Finally was done by 545pm. Strange I thought. Sunday morning, elevators were EXTREMELY slow, up to 15 minutes wait, and there are 4 of them. Overall it was ok, but no more than a 3.

We stay at this hotel because it is so convenient for getting to and from the airport.

We booked for 3 nights. Due to the Nor'ester snow storm, our flight was canceled. We could only stay in the hotel for 2 nights. The hotel refused to give us one night refund.

This was our first time visiting Mall of America and staying at the Crowne Plaza. The package was affordable but I am willing to pay more to stay at a different hotel next time I'm in town. When we arrived, there were a ton of renovations being done. Everything was blocked off and didn't look good. The hotel was in a good location and they have shuttles that run every hour to pick you up and drop you off to the mall. We had a lot of trouble with getting hot water in our room. They offer a breakfast buffet for $13 an hour but it would've been nice to have a menu so that we could've known what was being served. The staff was nice especially the servers in Caribou and at the buffet. This hotel just felt cold and empty. Needless to say, I was very disappointed in my stay and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Check in experience was rough, there was a very rude receptionist. Other than that, our stay was very pleasant!

Easy check-in. The shuttle, both to the airport or to Mall of American was quick and free, and the driver was really pleasant. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. I'll stay here again.

This hotel is conveniently located next to MOA. Offers free shuttle to and from airport and to MOA. Close to many restaurants. Price was very economical. Excellent experience. The only negative was slow running bathtub drain.

Booked a king standard had a Late check in. Sold out hotel. Last room available was a handicap. Apologetic staff.

Great location, quiet, clean, fast check-in. Highly recommend!!

Great location for airport, downtown, and shopping. All just a short train ride away. Really enjoyed the trip. Can't wait to return.

Everyone we met was courteous and willing to help. The hotel was clean, and exceptionally quiet. We didn't hear the planes flying overhead, nor other guests in the morning. It was a great experience.

Pleasant stay. Good facility for a quick overnight stay.

I was picked up by the shuttle at the airport and brought to the hotel. After getting checked in I walked into my room and noticed an odd smell. After going into the bathroom I saw the sink was backed up and had standing dirty water in it. I called the front desk and told them of the problem, the fromt desk person assured me he'd get a solution in 5 minutes. About three minutes later he called and asked if I was able to change room, which I was. Shortly after a man showed up with keys to my new room which turned out to be suite that I stayed in both nights. The customer service was fantastic the rooms are nice I thought the overall experience was great.

It was okay....not great....not bad. I just expected the hotel to be a bit nicer overall.

Stayed for one night on trip back from AZ. The parking lot required us to go down little stairway that wasn't very nice. The carpet was old and seemed dated. The pool didn't (as far as I could tell looking down from above) have a whirlpool. The view from the upper floor was a sea of parking lots, though the skyline was visible in the distance. Merely an okay place at best, but good price at least :)
