Compassionate. First hotel Bestwestern turned me and my family away at 3:20am coming in from Indiana for a funeral because i was 20 minutes late due to travel conditions. Crown Plaze Staff came to rescue and allowed me to check in early so my family and I would not have to sleep in our car. Thank You Staff at Crown Plaza😁

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
Missing lightbulbs made the room very dark. Paying for parking at that place was a joke . The parking ramp was disintegrating. Held up by supports. Wouldn’t stay here again
