Need some renovations, air feels heavy by just walking in the room. Stayed during winter so keep in mind that the parking is on an uncovered level 3, and snow was not plowed in a timely manner. Pool and game room saved the night, family and I enjoyed these amenities.

1 person checking the guest in the line was out the door! The room smelled like mold. Parking was HORRIBLE! And you have to pay $10 a night smh. The shuttle only goes to the airport and not the mall. The room next to me played loud music allllll night! Didn’t sleep well at all then to wake up and take a cold shower i left my room early 7am waste of my money!! Hot tub had towels in it from what i assume was the night before

The gentleman who checked me in was very rude and not vary talkative. I was in line and he decided to help to other individuals and it took forever I along with 3 others were getting frustrated because he was chatting away not having any consideration for the people waiting. He could of asked for more assistance. So when i approached the desk I began to spek and he cut me off and asked for my ID in a rude manner. I was already tired from my trip and waiting in line for over 20 minutes so I let it slide. My experience was great nice hotel I would definitely come back but hopefully to some nicer help.

This was not what I expected from a Crowne Plaza hotel. The property was very dated and check-in was difficult. The front desk staff announced my room number to the lobby. I was traveling alone as a single woman so I wasn’t thrilled with this (especially as a male later approached me while getting into the elevator) The parking situation was difficult. I’m assuming the garage/ramp was starting to break down because many sections were cordoned off which made navigating it very difficult. Which spots you could/could not park in were marked but not clearly. There were many signs saying your car would be towed if you parked in the wrong spot yet many of the spots were “double marked” (said both hotel parking and reserved for apartment). I ended up parking down a “flight” to ensure I was safe. However, this meant walking up the stairs that were unlit and very slippery when wet. That was the most dangerous feeling of the night — especially as I checked in around midnight. Finding my way from parking to the hotel was also difficult. There was no outside security. Anyone could enter the building. It took a few wrong turns before I found my way to the correct elevator bank. Then I waited for an elevator which never came despite pushing multiple times. This is when the male approached me and called the service elevator. My room did not have a working tv and the shower dripped all night which flooded the bathroom floor. Overall, I would NOT recommend for the price point.

Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The room itself was clean and spacious but did have an older smell to it. I specifically stayed at this hotel for the free shuttle to the airport as I had an early flight. I was told the shuttle starts at 4am and runs every 20min. However, after getting ready to get on the shuttle, the driver said he is only going to Terminal 1 today due to many pilots and flight attendants (I needed T2). So then had to download the app and request a Lyft driver. Luckily one was there within 1 minute!
