Was charged for overnight parking during our stay—-was not aware of that when making reservation. Room was right over the banquet area that was hosting very loud band/dj. Kept us awake late into the night. This room should have been reserved for those attending the function—-not others who wanted to sleep! Poor management of facility!

When we called the front desk to express concern regarding the temp of the room, they gave us the runaround, said they were sending someone immediately. In town for a wedding. Too bad the hotel bar closed so early! Nice room with separate living room. Too bad the light rail was so loud early in the morning. Breakfast lacked vegan options- so sad. We had to go out to eat plant based foods.
