When we arrived at the property, we waited in line for more than an hour just to check into our room. There was no explanation for why it took so long and some of the staff was not jumping in to help speed things along.

Not what I expected.

The lobby in this hotel is very nice, the rest of the building, not so much. strange, loose, stained ceiling tiles in the hall. One hallway smelled of weed. Our first room reeked of mold and that wing of the hotel felt humid and murky. We went back to the front desk and they gave us a different room on an upper floor. It was fine, clean and nice bathroom.

Hotel is in a very good location for shopping. Shuttle service was prompt when requested. Hotel is a convention center as well. Active all times of the day and night. Very clean but needs updating. Staff is very courteous and professional. Would recommend. Rooms are very quiet.

You can hear every person going by in the hallways and the music, TV, and conversations in the rooms next door. Unfortunately that woke us up repeatedly even at 3:00 am.

Great customer service! Truly was blown away by the help and support from staff. From asking for cookies to brining up a fan and an extra blanket for me! We reserved double beds but they were out when we checked in. So they gave us a king room which was ok. They assigned us one room and the keys didn't work so had to go back to the front desk. And they issued us keys for another room and never said why the first one didn't work. They seemed very unorganized. The hotel and room as ok but that was it.

I called the hotel to confirm my reservation, and the desk clerk immediately knew my name and responded in the affirmative. I felt welcome and appreciated. The chocolate chip cookies were a nice, delicious touch.
